During the continuous and in-depth development of my country’s "One Belt,One Road" strategy,my country has significantly promoted the growth of the number of foreign contracted projects in China,and Chinese contractors have begun to gradually go abroad and into the world.At the same time,under the continuous development of the "Belt and Road",it has played a positive role in promoting the economic and social development of all countries involved,especially countries in South Asia and Southeast Asia,which have benefited a lot,and the most prominent manifestation is this type.The number of national high-tech manufacturers is constantly increasing,and my country also has more opportunities to undertake high-tech factories overseas.The EPC general contracting model is a model that is widely used and more effective in the international contracting market.At present,my country’s overseas project contractors have unique advantages in design and construction,and their technology is very advanced.They are favored by related industries at home and abroad,but they have certain shortcomings in contract risk management.The understanding of contract terms commonly used in overseas EPC still remains at the surface level,and there is no adequate and comprehensive understanding of them.Even many contractors have not fully realized the importance of contract risk management from the awareness level,and finally increased the contract.The probability of the risk occurring.Therefore,the most important thing for the current overseas EPC general contracting projects is how to recognize the importance of contract risk management and strengthen the management of contract risks.Based on a specific case at the general contractor level in China-a high-tech factory building project in India,this article focuses on identifying various factors affecting the contract risk of overseas high-tech factory buildings under the EPC model,and focuses on exploring and analyzing the current case regarding the project contract.The possible risks in the system and the influencing factors of each risk are clarified,and then a comprehensive application of mathematical statistics,expert opinion method,analytic hierarchy process,two-dimensional quadrant method and other methods are used to analyze and discuss,and then obtain the following research conclusions:(1)The contract risks of the high-tech factory EPC project mainly originate from the three levels of the contract environment,the contract itself and the project stakeholders,and the risks affecting the project contract are characterized by diversification and complexity;(2)the The high degree of impact and high probability of project contract risks are cultural differences,contract changes,suppliers,subcontractors,and employees.Contract risks have high impact and low probability of occurrence:natural risks,legal risks,and contract negotiations.The low impact and low probability of contract risk are economic environment,ability to compensate,and the owner.Contract risks have low impact and high probability areas,political religions,and contract terms;(3)Based on the analysis of analytic hierarchy process and two-dimensional quadrant analysis,the current situation of the project and various problems existing in the process of contract risk management are clarified,and then Developed targeted solutions and programs to improve its risk management capabilities.
