| As for the human existence and development,the ecological environment ’s stabilization plays an important role as the "prerequisite".People has put more and more emphasis on the ecological environment problems caused by the development of industrial society these days.Faced with severe situations such as the shortage of natural resources,environmental pollution and the loss of biodiversity,we must spread the idea of ecological conservation and follow the path of sustainable development,respecting nature,complying with nature and protecting nature.Therefore,many experts in China have conducted tons of research on ecological restoration issue from the perspective of sustainable development.And the integrated development model of ecological restoration and cultural touristry has become a hot spot which attracts tons of attention and thinking,thus has been applied in more and more regions in China,with related landscape projects emerging constantly.For this reason,how to evaluate the status quo of the present-existing integrated development projects of ecological restoration and cultural tourism scientifically,and how to balance the relationship between the ecological restoration and cultural tourism development effectively,how to summarize experiential experience from the projects of ecological restoration and cultural tourism integrated project,thus prove the ecological restoration and cultural tourism integration project in the effectiveness of the road of sustainable development,become important for the provision of useful advice for the construction of ecological civilization in our country.The evaluation of scenery area’s performance has been one of the methods to quantify the sustainable development value of completed landscape projects.With the integrated project of ecological restoration and cultural touristry as research subjects,based on the reference to the domestic and foreign research results on landscape performance,this paper has summed up a certain research method which has value for reference in this paper.It encompasses the research on the status quo of the integrated project of ecological restoration and cultural touristry,especially the present characteristics and service function.Based on the analysis of the present characteristics,combined with the published evaluation indicators of the landscape performance,according to the related laws,an evaluation system for the integrated project of ecological restoration and cultural touristry has been created.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to tell the importance of different indicators,and a systematical model for evaluation has been constructed based on comprehensive index method to evaluate the status quo of the sustainable development of the integrated project of ecological restoration and cultural touristry.Taking Huaxia City Scenic Area in Weihai,Shandong province as an illustration for experimental research,this paper aims at applying the evaluation system of integrated project of ecological restoration and cultural touristry to Huaxia City Scenic Area in Weihai.The conclusions suggest that the evaluation of the landscape performance in Huaxia City Scenic Area in Weihai comes out as "adequate" level,based on field research and analysis of the evaluation indicators on landscape performance,and through calculation on the data by comprehensive index method.Analysis of the evaluation consequences is also made to offer the ground for the improvement on the previous strategies.Finally,the result is evaluated according to the performance,and advice is given from the perspective of the ecological environment construction,ecological culture nourishment and the improvement of service,in order to enhance the ability of sustainable development of the scenic spot while at the same time,to offer indication for other projects being planned or completed that are similar to this one the integrated project of ecological restoration and cultural touristry. |
