Research On The Landscape Reconstruction Of The Little Yellow River In Xiuyan County Based On Ecological Restoration

With the clear direction of developing sponge city issued by the central government,it has become the top priority in the development of the city to identify the urban river basin management as the 13th Five-Year environmental goals.to construct beautiful Chinese water ecological infrastructure and to deal with the flood problem systematically.This all originates from the dilemma of "Every rain will lead to flood and inland sea" in the city these years.The city needs positive development,and scientific and rational protection of the ecological environment is the right way.Based on this situation,as well as the regulations of "Ten Articles of Water" and "Guidelines for City Water Pollution Treatment",the government of Xiuyan County will need to change the concept of governance.with the ecological protection of the river as the development goals,with the ecological restoration of the river as technical methods,with the landscape reconstruction as the strategy,to balance the natural ecology as well as the construction of the city image and safety.Therefore,it will be an important opportunity for the future development of the whole water system and urban economic development in XiuyanCounty to support the transformation of the city from the ecological perspective and give equal importance to the regulation project of the little Yellow River and the economic development of XiuyanCounty.This research will provide the scientific basis of theory and construction for the ecological management and the landscape reconstruction and promotion of the small Yellow River in XiuyanCounty.At the same time,it will be used as the scientific basis and reference for the northern part and even the small and medium-sized cities of China in regard to the ecological management and the landscape reconstruction of rivers with the similar type.The main results of this research are as follows:1.It studies and summarizes the present development,theory and results of the ecological restoration and landscape transformation of urban rivers both at home and abroad,which can be taken as the basis or foundation for the ideas of the coordinated development of the overall rehabilitation of the water system and the landscape restoration.2.In view of the current condition,the cause of the problem and the necessity of the renovation project of the small Yellow River in Xiuyancounty,it confirms the relevant theory of the ecological restoration and landscape transformation of' urban rivers,which is suitable for the cities like the small Yellow River.As to the study of concrete reform scheme,it guides the feasibility and standardizes the implementation of the actual scheme referring to the basic theory of landscape ecology,ecological landscape theory of design,the humanization and the sustainable development theory,realizing the overall consideration of the research results and the implementation of the specific project.3.Through the study and comparison of ecological restoration strategy and landscape transformation plan among different sections of the small Yellow River,it sorts out the targeted schemes for the restoration of waterway revetment,the recovery of bank greening and rehabilitation and extension of ecological corridors and the construction of huumanistic landscape.It also shows that it is reasonable to well plan the function and positioning of landscape space on both sides of the river and consider the two overlapping fusions of landscape and ecology from the beginning,which also is the important direction of future development of landscape planning and makes this research more meaningful.
