| In the 40th anniversary of the reform and opening-up,China’s economic development has made remarkable achievements,but there are also a variety of relative drawbacks,the original source of growth is no longer enough to support the sustained and healthy development of the existing economy.So various industries are looking for new growth points,and the construction industry as an important pillar of the national economy bear the brunt.At present,governments and related departments are advocating green building vigorously,Among them,prefabricated building is the most representative green building.Compared with the traditional building,assembly housing has become a trend because of its advantages such as short construction cycle,high utilization rate of materials and not affected by seasonal temperature.However,at the present stage,assembly construction technology is not mature enough,for example If the relevant norms and standards are not perfect enough,the construction cost is relatively high,and the residents’ concern about the quality of houses has become the factors restricting the development of prefabricated housing in our country.In order to get rid of the dilemma and achieve sustainable development,the assembly house should start with the construction cost and quality,reduce the cost and guarantee the quality to the maximum extent,form the spontaneous internal motive force,and promote the innovation of the construction technology.By using the methods of literature analysis,Bayesian network and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),this paper studies the influencing factors of construction cost and quality of indemnificatory apartment project in the second phase of Yuexiu Fujiu residence,the first assembled residential district in Tai’an.Discussion on prefabricated residence The feasibility of China’s development.Based on the background of indemnificatory apartment project of Yuexiufu residence Ⅱ,this paper has read a large number of domestic and foreign documents.Firstly,the development history of prefabricated buildings at home and abroad is discussed,and the advanced developed countries of assembly buildings are listed,and the relevant policies to promote the development of assembly buildings in our country are expounded in the form of tables.It provides reference significance for the development of our country’s assembled architecture in the future.Secondly,using the methods of literature analysis,comparative analysis and inductive analysis,the factors affecting the cost and quality of assembled building are summarized.Combined with the data of Yuexiu Fujiu Project,through comparative induction.questionnaire survey and expert interview method,screening The main factors influencing the cost and quality of the project are given.Then the Bayesian network cost risk assessment system and AHP quality impact factors evaluation system are established to analyze the size of cost and quality factors from the point of view of data and make corresponding evaluation.Finally,the project cost and quality control measures are put forward according to the evaluation results.Finally,the paper lists the conclusions and shortcomings of the study. |
