| Shijiazhuang subway project is the first subway project in our province.Its construction scale and investment scale are huge.The construction process is complex and the technical standard is high.In order to effectively to control the risk in the process of subway construction and management,make the final projects can meet the requirements of quality standards,provincial leadership specialized technical discussion and negotiations on the engineering was studied.Provincial leadership attaches great importance to the quality of subway construction project of Shijiazhuang,Shijiazhuang subway construction project quality risk management as a key research subject in our province,it is in this background,this paper uses a new method,the Bayesian network method for Shijiazhuang subway project quality risk analysis.Shijiazhuang metro project is a very large project,it not only huge investment scale,the parties involved is also very much.It mainly includes the owner,contractor,supervision party,design,consulting and suppliers,etc.These participants have affected the quality of Shijiazhuang,the subway.This paper is mainly based on the owner and the quality risk factors of the project are identified by the view of the owner.In the process of identifying risk,comprehensive consideration to all participants of the project,and according to the project to identify the layers of the life cycle,which uses the method of risk identification mainly including historical literature analysis,brainstorming method,field survey method and so on.When carries on the risk identification,in addition to the above outstanding risk identification method,considered the Shijiazhuang subway the existing management system and the innovation,the system have great influence to risk identification,after carefully analysis and screening,finally got the key risk factors.To clearly show these risk factors,choosing to present them in the form of a risk list.Through risk list can clearly know,unqualified materials provided by the material suppliers,lack of communication between the various project participants led to no timely information transmission,supervision engineer is not able to fulfill their duties as the main quality risk factors such as the enforcement.In view of the construction project is the first subway project in Hebei province,it is hard to collect field data and the project specific conditions.This paper uses Bayesian network approach to quality risk analysis of Shijiazhuang and invites experts to participate in the evaluation analysis,in Bayesian analysis software,setting up the Shijiazhuang subway construction project quality risk factors of the Bayesian network model,through the method of field survey to collect data,the collected data is applied to the parameters of the foliage,network learning,and through analysis and research,found in Shijiazhuang subway construction material unqualified supervision engineer and earnestly fulfill their duties of supervision,poor execution,service personnel to the lack of technical training,poor construction level,factors such as lack of communication and the construction of the parties to become the key factor affecting the quality of Shijiazhuang subway construction risk factors,this article mainly aims at the key risk factors of these different reasons analysis and gives the corresponding Suggestions to cope with the situation,the recommendations for Shijiazhuang has the very good reference value. |
