| With the prosperity of economy and culture,the development andinheritance of campus culture are paid more and more attention.Campuscultural creative products can carry the history of the school,inherit thecampus culture,and improve the brand influence of the university.Therefore,the design and research of campus cultural creative products hasbecome the focal point of campus cultural construction.This research starts from the cultural background and research statusof campus cultural creative products and combines the results of userresearch and the design principles of cultural creative products to explorethe design method of cultural creative products by using the culturalresources of universities.This thesis takes the school calendar design ofBeijing University of Posts and Telecommunication as the clue and carries out the calendar design practice of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunication through the design process of background research,objective analysis,material extraction,material conversion,modelconstruction,design practice and so on and summarizes the design methods that are generally applicable to campus cultural creative products.The thesis is mainly divided into the following parts:Background Research.This part mainly expounds the definition,characteristics,classification and other basic concepts of campus cultural calendar and school calendar.On this basis,the connotation and soul ofcampus culture of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunication are fully demonstrated.Objective Analysis. In the part of objective analysis, a set of design principles is sunmarized by studying the literature related to campus cultural creativity, conducting questionnaire survey and user interview, and analyzing the competitive products of the school calendars designed by various universities,which points out the direction for the subsequent model construction of cultural creative design.Material Extraction. Firstly, we will collect and sort out some major materials related to the school calendar design, including materials related to the characteristic culture of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunication,materials related to Chinese traditional culture and materials related to the innovation and development of Times. Then filter and organize materials according to three levels of the emotional design theory, which is instinct,behavior,reflection.Material Conversion. According to the research of the existing methods and the analysis of the applicability of each method, the construction method is used as the theoretical support for material conversion. The extracted design material is broken up, reorganized and redesigned by using the construction method and the materials are converted into the design language and applied to the cultural creative product design.Model Building. Through the collection and classification of campus cultural matcrials, the whole model including material extraction. screening, conversion and design application is constructed, and the model constructed will be reverse-verified. In the model, the emotional design theory is used to extract cultural materials and the materials are screened according to the design principles. Finally, the extracted clements are transformed and applied to the design by the construction method. Design Practice. Based on the model constructed before and the design inspiration through brainstorming,we will transform and redesign the extracted materials and integrate the basic functions of ordinary calendar and school calendar. On this basis, the connotation and soul of campus culture of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunication are fully demonstrated. |
