With the construction and upgrading of the power grid,the live working is becoming more and more popular,and the maintenance of the insulator is an important part of the live working.The high-altitude insulator manual electrification maintenance work has high work intensity and high degree of danger.So there is a need for a device that can replace the worker for high-altitude auxiliary installation of insulators.The thesis,firstly,analyzes the types,composition and characteristics of transmission line insulators and the development status of existing insulator installation devices,and then gives the functional requirements of the insulator auxiliary installation device and establishes the physical and mathematical model of the insulator auxiliary installation device.On the basis,the control system of the auxiliary installation device for the transmission line insulator is taken as the main research object,and the overall design scheme of the control system for the auxiliary installation of the transmission line insulator is proposed.The control system terminal equipment,taking the STM32F429 chip as the core,controls all electromechanical units of the equipment terminal and uploads important status information to the remote monitoring center through the 4G Internet of Things module.And the control system IoT remote monitoring center collects device status information uploaded by the terminal,and provides status display and early warning functions.The terminal uses two DC motors to drive the mobile platform to complete the forward and backward steering and other actions.The 7-joint manipulator for the screw hole assisted positioning and the tightening screw action is designed,and the PS2 motor remote control network for ensuring the working condition of the ground control personnel to wirelessly control the insulator auxiliary mounting device,and the auxiliary mounting device for carrying the camera tracking and collecting insulator are designed.Designed a full range of pan/tilt to ensure that the camera tracks and collects the screen of the insulator auxiliary mounting device.Two mutually alternate image transmission systems are designed to ensure that ground workers can obtain high-altitude work pictures in different network environments.The wireless network based on the ZSD3410 module of the Zhongshan Technology,button,LCD display,storage circuit,sound and light alarm circuit and power supply circuit of the system are also designed to improve the operability of the control system terminal.The hardware circuit design of the control system terminal is completed,and the control program is written in C language to drive the hardware circuit to complete the required functions.With the OneNet IoT platform of China Mobile,the IOT remote monitoring center of the insulator auxiliary installation device control system was built to realize remote monitoring of the temperature of the control system terminal controller,the angle of the steering gear,the speed of the DC motor,the geographic location of the terminal,and the remaining power of the power supply of the controller.Completed the interface design of the PC and mobile client.The development of the prototype in the laboratory and the experimental debugging were completed.The experimental results show that the control system can complete the specified action under the action of the remote control.The host computer monitoring system based on the Internet of Things platform can realize the remote monitoring of the control system terminal of the transmission line insulator auxiliary installation device.
