| In recent years,the global economic development situation has been turbulent,the economy and society have remained in a downturn for a long time,and the cold and warm economic development has become the most concerned issue.Affected by various factors at home and abroad,China’s economic development is facing downward pressure.In order to promote high-quality economic development,China has begun to implement new and old kinetic energy conversion policies.The conversion of old and new kinetic energy is to transform the old kinetic energy and develop new kinetic energy.This is a major strategic move aimed at comprehensively upgrading the industrial structure and transforming the economy from high-speed growth to high-quality development driven by innovation.At the same time as the policy advancement,the establishment of a new and old kinetic energy conversion effectiveness evaluation model is of great significance for further advancing China’s old and new kinetic energy conversion policies,and its evaluation results are also an important basis for the improvement and formulation of new and old kinetic energy policies.Therefore,the research focus of this paper is how to establish a scientific and effective comprehensive evaluation system,and can achieve the purpose of looking at the economy through electricity.Based on this,based on the previous research content of this paper,the effectiveness evaluation of the conversion of old and new kinetic energy is studied.First of all,the research on the realization path and development goals of the conversion of old and new kinetic energy will be carried out to provide a theoretical basis for the formulation of the next goal system.Secondly,the construction of a new and old kinetic energy exchange effectiveness evaluation index system in the three dimensions of power,economy and energy is mainly due to the fact that power data is economically representative and can reflect the situation of economic development.Energy is an important input for production Elements,energy efficiency and energy structure can reflect the degree of economic transformation.Thirdly,establish an annual evaluation model of new and old kinetic energy conversion effectiveness based on DEMATEL-ANP and improved gray correlation analysis to conduct an annual evaluation of the new and old kinetic energy conversion effectiveness.Because the conversion of old and new kinetic energy is constantly changing,and the evaluation index system for the effectiveness of new and old kinetic energy conversion is based on annual data with lag,it is also very important to carry out timely monitoring.Therefore,based on the power data of the new kinetic energy industry and the old kinetic energy industry,this paper builds a new monitoring index system for the conversion of old and new kinetic energy,calculates the monthly index of new and old kinetic energy conversion,and conducts real-time monitoring of the effect of new and old kinetic energy conversion.Finally,Shandong Province is China’s first experimental area for the conversion of old and new kinetic energy.The implementation of new and old kinetic energy conversion has a certain effect.This article selects Shandong Province as the object of empirical analysis to conduct annual evaluation and monthly monitoring of the effectiveness of new and old kinetic energy conversion..Based on DEMATEL-ANP and the improved grey correlation method,the annual evaluation model of the conversion efficiency of the old and new kinetic energy has achieved the mid-to-long-term achievements of the conversion efficiency of the old and new kinetic energy.The model realizes the real-time effect of the conversion of old and new kinetic energy,provides a more comprehensive,scientific,and objective effective tool for evaluating and monitoring the effect of conversion of old and new kinetic energy in Shandong Province,so as to realize the significance of looking at the economy through electricity,and to continue to promote new and old kinetic energy for China in the future The conversion provides theoretical basis and policy recommendations. |
