As the global energy pattern is reshaping,China is in a critical period of energy consumption transformation,and it is urgent to actively explore a sustainable low-carbon development path featuring multi-energy complementarity.The state has launched a series of reform policies to promote the transformation of energy consumption in China.The pilot measures for promoting the construction of grid-connected micro power grid put forward the establishment of a diversified and integrated energy production and consumption model featuring interaction between supply and demand and efficient allocation,so as to promote the construction of a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient modern energy system.As an important location for the breakthrough and innovation of the power industry and the energy Internet,the business model of the microgrid in the park has been explored deeply.Based on this,this paper studies the low-carbon business model of the micro-grid in the park,and innovatively puts forward the evaluation model to provide reference for the operation of enterprises in the park.Firstly,the paper summarizes and analyzes the relevant theories of low-carbon business model of microgrid in the park.This paper introduces the research status of microgrid business model at home and abroad,the concept and development status of microgrid technology,the definition and development process of low-carbon economic theory,the definition of business model and mainstream theory,and on this basis,puts forward the methodology of low-carbon business model for microgrid in the park to prepare for the next research.Secondly,the low-carbon business model of micro grid in the park is proposed.Based on the previous theoretical research,a theoretical framework of business model with low-carbon concept as the core thought and value demand,strategic positioning and resource integration as the main body was proposed.The implementation process of the low-carbon business model of the micro-grid in the park was sorted out,and the specific situation of the low-carbon business model of the micro-grid in the park under the theoretical framework was analyzed.Finally,the evaluation model of low-carbon business model of microgrid in the park is constructed based on strategy and tactics.The indicators are selected by referring to the low-carbon business model elements of the micro-grid in the park mentioned above,which are divided into two levels:strategic decision and tactical execution.Strategic decision is the top-level design,while tactical execution is the business operation,and the logical relationship between the two levels is formed.The method of index determination USES set value iteration method and analytic hierarchy process(ahp)-entropy method,and the method of comprehensive evaluation USES expert scoring method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The evaluation system is demonstrated by the example analysis of selected application scenarios.The low-carbon business model of the microgrid of the park is the business logic of enterprises to find their own market positioning,integrate internal and external resources,and create value based on the low-carbon development concept.It is also the operation process of enterprises from strategic decision to tactical execution,which contains a variety of elements,all of which are interrelated and interact with each other.The business model proposed in this paper conforms to the development trend of energy industry and electric power industry,which is of reference significance to the investors,operators and participants of the micro-grid construction in the park.
