| The advancement of Internet technology has promoted the popularization of e-commerce.and the logistics bottleneck that once restricted the development of e-commerce has been continuously solved.In recent years,efficient and reliable logistics links have led to the rapid development of e-commerce activities.In the e-commerce environment with logistics,information flow and capital flow as the main features,the traditional logistics model has been unable to meet the needs of the growing modern market.With the development of economic globalization,the supply chain is beginning to be valued by people and is changing the pattern of economic development.As an important part of the industrial structure of the national economy,power companies take power generation companies as their core enterprises,and there are still many problems in the power supply chain of power companies involving the purchase of raw materials for power generation-power production-power transmission-power distribution-power sales.For example,coal-fired power generation has caused great pollution to the environment,resource management in power-related industries is more scattered,resource waste is more serious,power supply chain management technology is lagging behind.the traditional power supply chain management model has caused a backlog of materials and unequal responsibilities between supply and demand.And other issues.Facing the increasingly severe international competition and the rapid development of scientific and technological progress,it is urgent to improve the core competitiveness of power enterprise supply chain management in the context of e-commerce.Therefore,it is of great significance to conduct research on power enterprise supply chain management strategies.Firstly,it elaborated the relevant theories of power e-commerce supply chain management,and discussed the SWOT analysis method,PESTEL method,AHP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,which laid a theoretical foundation for the study of this paper.Secondly,the macro-environment analysis was carried out from six aspects of politics,economy.society,technology,environment and law.The "SWOT" analysis method was used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of power supply chain management and how to use the advantages,seize opportunities,To avoid disadvantages and challenges and threats,the development trend of power e-commerce supply chain management under the e-commerce environment and the problems to be solved urgently were discussed.Thirdly,the design principles of power supply chain management strategies in the e-commerce environment are discussed.The concept and strategy are proposed through the development of green supply chains,the construction of virtual logistics networks,the application of lean Six Sigma logistics management concepts,the development of reverse logistics and the realization of collaborative logistics;"Closed-loop" management system,adopting lean supply chain management methods,applying full life cycle management and realizing value chain dynamic management to propose methods and strategies;by introducing advanced information technology,cloud computing technology,big data technology,Internet of Things technology and artificial intelligence The technology proposes a technical strategy;the mode strategy is proposed by adopting a push-pull supply chain model and an integrated supply chain model.Finally,the power supply chain management strategy index system under the e-commerce environment is constructed,and the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used for empirical evaluation.The results show that the strategy is superior.This thesis provides a good idea for improving the supply chain management level of China’s power companies in the e-commerce environment through a more in-depth demonstration study and supply chain management strategies proposed from four aspects:theory,method,technology and model. |
