| With the development of communication technology industry,the 5G era has begun and is stepping into all areas of our lives.In order to further expand the coverage of 5G signals,it is necessary to build more intensive communication base stations and base station power management systems.At the same time,in some remote and under-developed areas,many base station power management systems are relatively backward,resulting in inaccurate power metering.However,the electricity expenditure of the base station occupies the main part of all the expenditure of the telecommunication operators.In order to effectively realize the energy saving and consumption reduction of the base station,reduce the electricity expenditure,and strengthen the power management of the base station,it is particularly important to design a multi-functional and multi-loop power monitoring system.This thesis focuses on STM32 MCU and RN8302 electric energy measurement chip,designing the power monitor from the perspective of overall system scheme,hardware circuit,and software program.The design scheme of the system is established by comparing with the traditional electric power monitor and referring to the requirements of the function,performance and cost of the system.Four high-precision RN8302 electric energy measurement chips are used as measurement units,and STM32F103 single-chip computer with high-performance ARM core is selected as control core.Four circuit boards with independent structure and connected electrical signals are designed,each of while is modularized according to the implementation function.software program design adopts the method of time slice polling with higher efficiency,which is based on the time mark,and processes each function sub-function in time-sharing according to the sequence of work execution.The test platform is used to test the function and system performance,and the feasibility and reliability of the design are verified by observing the test phenomena and recording the test data.This project not only completes the basic work of measuring the electrical parameters and energy metering of four outgoing circuits,but also completes the multi-functional design according to the requirements of Q/ZTT 1017-2015 Base Station AC Intelligent Meter Technical Specification proposed by the client tower company.Through various tests,the design fully meets the requirements of specifications in terms of function and performance.The design of the power monitor is of great significance to the monitoring of the power environment of the communication base station. |
