Through the comprehensive evaluation to grasp the specific conditions of the operation,maintenance and management of relay protection devices and to find out the hidden dangers and respond in time,is an important means to improve the performance of relay protection devices.In addition,through the analysis of preventive maintenance of relay protection devices,the preventive maintenance schemes decision-making can be realized and unnecessary maintenance loss can be reduced,which is of great significance to ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid.This paper focuses on the evaluation index weighting model,the comprehensive evaluation method and the preventive maintenance schemes decision-making of relay protection devices,the main works are as follows:Firstly,the comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed by selecting evaluation indexes from three aspects of operation reliability,maintainability and management standardization of relay protection.devices.And the original scoring results of the importance of evaluation indexes given by experts are collected to analyze the rationality of expert scoring.And combining with the example,the evaluation indexes are reasonably weighted by entropy-revised G1 method.Further,the evaluation objects are selected and sorted based on the advantage degree of the comparison between two different evaluation objects calculated by considering the loss aversion in the comprehensive evaluation of relay protection device,and then an example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.Furthermore,the influences of preventive maintenance on reliability and economy of relay protection devices are analyzed.The current preventive maintenance cycle and maintenance category of relay protection devices are analyzed,and the description model of preventive maintenance effect of relay protection devices is proposed.The evaluation index system of preventive maintenance schemes and the calculation method of indexes are proposed,and the preventive maintenance schemes decision-making is realized. |
