| With the rapid development of the world economy and the rapid development of science and technology,traditional centralized power generation is difficult to meet user power needs.Therefore,microgrid technology has been widely developed and applied.Current microgrid power building projects does not only supply the users with electrical service,but converting nature energy like wind,light and other forms of new energy around users’ spots into electrical,thermal energy.In addition,it can retain the remaining energy storage in different forms to realize the local consumption of new energy,improving the rational allocation of resources,and meet users’ demand for electricity and heat.Therefore,in the process of promoting and developing integrated energy services of microgrid,the benefit evaluation of microgrid projects has been paid more and more attention by stakeholders such as microgrid investment operators,users and governments.To sum up,it is of great significance to establish the comprehensive evaluation model of microgrid project benefit under integrated energy services as well as comparing and analyzing the benefit of different projects with scientific and reasonable methods.This paper contains four parts:firstly,this paper clarifies the meaning and significance of microgrid and integrated energy service,introduces the development process of integrated energy services,and summarizes its business model and main businesses.Then,according to the characteristics of integrated energy service and the analysis of typical projects,this paper establishes the architecture of microgrid system under integrated energy service,including power production equipments,refrigeration,heating equipments,energy storage equipments and constructs the mathematical model of its system components.Secondly,regarding the benefit level of microgrid under comprehensive energy service as the evaluation target,the evaluation index is selected creatively from the perspective of stakeholders.Meanwhile,the comprehensive evaluation index system of microgrid benefit under integrated energy services is constructed from the three aspects:economy,social environment and technology.Thirdly,the minimum variance model is used to select the best objective weight from a combination of dimensionless and objective weighting methods.At the same time,the analytic hierarchy process is used to obtain the subjective weights.And then,an integrated weighting method that combining subjective and objective factors is used to integrate the subjective weight and objective weight to obtain the comprehensive weight.After that,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,grey relational degree method,independent perspective evaluation method and scheme bullseye degree method are used to construct a comprehensive benefits evaluation model of microgrid under integrated energy services for evaluating the benefit level of projects,making the evaluation results more scientific,robust and reasonable.Finally,four microgrid projects’ data were collected as examples,and the comprehensive evaluation model of microgrid benefit under integrated energy services established in this paper was used to calculate and verify the effectiveness of this comprehensive evaluation model.This paper provides a comprehensive and systematic evaluation method for the investment and operation subjects of the benefits of microgrid projects under integrated energy services,points out the focus and direction for the construction and application of microgrids under integrated energy services,and analyzes the microgrids’ role in providing integrated energy services.And this paper provides a scientific theoretical basis for analyzing the problems existing in the process of providing integrated energy services and seeking solutions for microgrids,and promotes the research and development of integrated energy services. |
