| At present,there are outstanding problems in the way of energy supply and utilization.The irrational use of energy leads to outstanding environmental problems.At the same time,due to the separate energy supply of electricity,gas,cold and heat,users are burdened with high expenses.Through the interconnection of various energy sources,the integrated energy system can improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of energy,effectively alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of energy within smart cities,and improve the energy consumption level of users.Therefore,based on the current status of domestic and international user-side integrated energy service development,this paper focuses on the three parts of the differentiated energy demand,customer value evaluation system and customized service model of user-side integrated energy service.The research in this paper provides strong support for the construction of customer value evaluation system for user-side integrated energy service in China,and provides the park managers with an innovative mode of user-side energy production.consumption and service.At the same time,the research is of great significance for the orderly improvement of the management and service capabilities of multi-energy complementary energy sources,the optimal allocation of resources and the improvement of comprehensive benefits.Firstly,this paper sorts out the mainstream technology and key equipment of electric energy,thermal energy and cold energy in the user-side integrated energy system,and analyzes the related technologies and technical characteristics of multi-energy complementary integrated energy subsystems such as distributed photovoltaics,distributed wind power,energy storage systems and gas turbines.Considering the influence of resources,market and economy,this paper analyzes the technical applicability of various integrated energy technologies in China’s user-side integrated energy system from the perspective of region,customer and economy,and lays a solid foundation for the subsequent research on user-side integrated energy service model.Theoretical basis.Secondly,customer classification is carried out,and the differentiated energy needs of typical users such as public institution users,resident users,business users,and industrial park users are clarified.The load characteristics of various users are analyzed from different time dimensions.This paper gives a brief overview of the technical configuration of integrated energy systems for different user types.Then,based on the customer segmentation and customer value theory,taking the customer’s current value and potential value into account,the comprehensive energy customer value evaluation system is established.Based on the combination weighting method of AHP-entropy weight method,this paper empowers customer value evaluation indicators.A density peak clustering algorithm based on improved artificial bee colony is constructed,and based on this,a customer value evaluation model is constructed to cluster the comprehensive energy customer value.According to the evaluation value of customer value,the comprehensive energy customers are divided into four categories:superior customers,good customers,intermediate customers and sub-customers.This paper selects six typical customers of a comprehensive energy town in a fusion demonstration zone in North China,and conducts a case study.Finally,a comprehensive energy service for the user-side integrated energy system is proposed for users of different value types.Superior customers and good customers have high value.When designing the corresponding integrated energy service model,it is necessary to focus on two types of customers,promote cash cow business and star business for superior customers,and optimize cash cow business and thin dog business for good customers. |
