| In the past strategic management,enterprises pay more attention to strategy formulation and implementation,but ignore the evaluation of strategy implementation.The evaluation of strategy implementation is helpful to the dynamic adjustment and optimization of enterprise strategy based on the impact caused by unpredictable or sudden changes of external environment and major impact of internal environment.GJ company is a subsidiary of Yunnan large construction investment group company,which independently develops overseas market on behalf of the group.According to the group’s development plan and requirements,GJ company has formulated its corporate strategy.In this paper,through the study of GJ company’s strategic implementation effectiveness evaluation,the author puts forward GJ company’s countermeasures and suggestions on the optimization and adjustment of operation and management in the future development,aiming to provide strategic ideas and countermeasures and suggestions for the relevant decisions to promote the development of GJ company.Based on the balanced scorecard model,this paper studies the effectiveness evaluation of GJ company strategic implementation.Based on GJ company’s strategy and its implementation,the Balanced Scorecard Model of GJ company is constructed from four dimensions: the management dimension that the group and the senior leaders pay attention to,the business dimension that the senior leaders and the middle managers emphasize,the internal control dimension that the middle managers rely on,and the learning and growth dimension that the grass-roots employees pay attention to.Each of the balanced scorecard is determined by causal analysis and AHP The dimension of 13 strategic factors and 24 evaluation indicators,strategic performanceevaluation into operational evaluation framework.After the establishment of GJ company’s balanced scorecard evaluation system,combined with GJ company’s performance evaluation objectives,the evaluation standards are formulated.Through the comparison of the quantitative and qualitative performance of GJ company before and after the implementation of the strategy,it is concluded that the implementation of GJ company’s strategy is successful according to the evaluation standards,but there is still room for improvement and improvement in policies and measures. |
