| With the development of space technology all over the world,the number of in-orbit satellites is increasing day by day.And the questions about how to effectively reduce the risk of satellite operation,reduce the cost of satellite in orbit operation and maintenance,quickly and timely find the problem of satellite in orbit,and make full use of the accumulation of in orbit data for analysis and utilization,has become an urgent problem to be solved by the management department of in orbit satellite operation.This paper focuses on the practical requirements of the center of in-orbit satellite operation and monitoring,fully absorb the useful experience of all parties in the long-term management of satellite in orbit,and on this basis,expand the operational capability of satellite in orbit,and develop the satellite in orbit telemetry data management information system.This system is a comprehensive system consisted of data reception,analysis,storage and application analysis,which involves the application transformation of a large number of professional knowledge.It breaks through the key technologies such as high real-time data processing and distribution,massive telemetry data classification and storage,multi-type data association analysis,and reaches the advanced level of similar systems in China.Satellite in orbit telemetry data management information system has achieved high evaluation in practical application,it is of great significance to improve the long-term satellite in orbit management ability of Shanghai Academy of Spaceflight Technology. |
