Make full use of the data in land resources survey and monitoring.Carried out the resources on the Ziyuan I-02C Satellite star track test dataapplication evaluation, targeted and focused to select some of the key indicators of theconstraints of our resources satellite applications, such as band registration accuracyerror of the geometric distortion, mapping capabilities, image quality and imagesolution translation, data coverage for the evaluation. On this basis, from theday-to-day business survey of the land and resources, administrative supervision andlaw enforcement functions departure, combined with the thematic characteristics ofthe application areas of land resources survey and monitoring, investigation andmonitoring industry standards and technical specifications on the applicationevaluation as comprehensive as possible, objectively and impartially the02C star datain land and resources industry have a clear knowledge and understanding.This paper studies including the Ziyuan I-02C satellite HR PAN and the PMSmulti-spectral data to evaluate the quality of the establishment of satellite dataprocessing for domestic resource satellite features to meet China’s land resourcesinvestigation and monitoring of industrial applications demand.At the same time, the paper analysis of data use in monitoring the suitability ofthe land, a pooled analysis of the problems in the course of the study, proposesolutions and improvements.
