| The construction enterprise level governance framework is the basis for all work of the project department.The reasonable "responsibility,power,and profit" matching and the incentive effect on the team can promote the project team to standardize the use of rights and take the initiative in its work.Along with the characteristics of diversified business and scattered projects of large construction companies,the research value of hierarchical governance issues has become prominent.The construction enterprise’s control and authorization of the project team determines to a certain extent the choice of the project team’s work initiative or passiveness.This paper uses evolutionary game theory to analyze the selection strategies of both the enterprise and the project team,analyze the stable state of the evolutionary game and the dynamic convergence process of the stable state;use system dynamics methods to establish the project team’s behavior selection motivation,causality diagram and flow model,Analyze the information feedback system.A qualitative research method based on grounded theory is used to study the measurement indicators of hierarchical elements,and semi-structured interviews and three-level coding of experts are used to conduct qualitative research on team behavior selection factors.Construction enterprise hierarchical governance mainly influences project team behavior choices through aspects such as enterprise control,enterprise authorization,and hierarchical governance norms.The project team influences team behavior choices through team building,team motivation,and team collaboration.Emergencies have an indirect impact on team behavior choices.In the process of hierarchical governance,it is necessary to focus on the project team size and team incentive mechanism construction,establish a subcontracting database and evaluate the subordinate collaborative units of the project,strengthen the quality of the collaborative team selection,consider the regional attributes,and promote the timely acquisition of local resources for new projects;Incentive to the project team for production awards,at the same time,plan ahead and supervise the unforeseen risks of the project in advance to avoid the adverse impact of the incident on the project.According to this model and classification,it can be that the construction enterprise and the project team clarify their key tasks and behaviors,and the enterprise exercises reasonable control and authorization of the project team to promote the orderly and efficient development of the project team’s work and improve management profits. |
