Abstract/Summary:
Taking the phenomenon of "one side of a thousand cities" in the context of globalization and the arrival of the era of experience economy as an opportunity,this design research defines "experience" by "locality",in order to create "in place" experience tour for customers and create new vitality for the continuation of regional context.This design research takes the experience hotel as the carrier,takes "raising,analyzing and solving problems" as the technical path of research,and discusses the design principles and methods of the experience hotel through the Trinity research method of "theory,case and design".First of all,this thesis analyzes and summarizes five dimensions of "locality" : time,nature,humanity,technology and ecology;studies and draws lessons from three aspects of Professor Smith’s "experience" : vision,behavior and emotion.The experience hotel design is linked with the "locality" of the building,and the design principles and methods are preliminarily obtained.Secondly,take the design of Lijiang Snow Mountain Sacred Water Hotel as an example to verify and improve the design methods.After a detailed analysis of the site background of the project,this thesis proposes that the planning and design "Echoing site conditions,Control typical features,Integrate with local environment";the graphic design "New Wine in an Old Bottle,Emphasizing experience";the structural material "accept or reject,Combination of new and old";the ecological and sustainable "Learn from the traditional,Sustainable development".Finally,a comprehensive summary is made and the direction of further research is pointed out.
