Research On The Decoration Design Of Enamel On The Horologe

This article studies and analyzes the enamel decoration on Chinese and foreign clocks in the collection of the Beijing Palace Museum.,and summarizes the characteristics of the decorative design style,decorative techniques and craftsmanship of the "enamel horologe".Excavate its essence,master its laws,and provide reference for contemporary design and creation.Based on the principle of “the ancient is used today and the ocean is used in the middle”,the possibility and potential of the current development and innovation of the craft are explored.This article mainly studies the enamel decoration on the imported clocks and local-made clocks in the Palace Museum in Beijing.It is concluded that the western style is mainly painted with enamel and decorated with realistic methods.In the east,large-area patterns are filled with silk.The enamel technology is mainly used to decorate with pattern patterns,which have their own characteristics.It also summarizes the development of enamel art in terms of process technology and design innovation in recent years,such as: sealing process of enamel glaze and metal,preparation of lead-free enamel glaze,construction of enamel glaze chromatography,and3 D printing The combination of technologies,etc.,provides new ideas for the future development direction,inheritance methods,and artistic expression of enamel crafts.Based on the conclusions of the above studies and combined with graduation creations,explore the method of combining contemporary enamel decoration with clocks,so that the traditional variety of "enamel horologe" will be inherited in a brand new form.In the design,the focus is on the perfect combination of the art and practicality of the work(product),and I hope to make a little contribution to the integration of enamel art into people’s daily life through my own design exploration.
