With excellent anticorrosion performance,easy expansion and short construction period,large-scale enamel assembled storage tanks gradually occupy market share in the fields of agriculture,animal husbandry,armament storage and sewage treatment at home and abroad.In practical engineering construction,some cases of tank roof collapse and tank failure occurred due to structural design defects of tanks.Therefore,according to the structural characteristics of large-scale enameled assembled storage tanks,based on numerical simulation and experimental verification,this paper puts forward the equivalent analysis method of large-scale enameled assembled storage tanks,and systematically studies the structural design,structural optimization and safety monitoring of the tanks.In order to simplify the numerical model of large-scale enamel assembled storage tank,according to its structural characteristics,the equivalent analysis method of large-scale enamel assembled storage tank is put forward,and the feasibility is verified by finite element analysis combined with experiment.The results show that there is a linear relationship between perforated and unopened steel plates,and the strength relationship coefficient between them is obtained.Bolted joints will slightly weaken the structural strength and stiffness of the tank,and there is an equivalent relationship coefficient between the equivalent tank and the assembled tank.Within the allowable strength and deformation range of steel plate,enamel coating can maintain good adhesion;The bolt joint analysis model is established,and it is obtained that the bolt will not be damaged by shear within the allowable strength of the steel plate,which verifies the feasibility of the equivalent analysis method and establishes a large-scale equivalent enamel assembled tank model.Based on the equivalent method,the equivalent analysis model under the action of internal pressure is established,and the stress,deformation law and its influencing factors of large membrane roof storage tanks are analyzed.The results show that,under the design condition of internal pressure,the maximum stress and deformation of the membrane-topped storage tank are located in the bottom plate of the tank and the overall structural stability of the tank is within the strength range;Under extreme working conditions,the maximum stress and deformation of the tank occurs at the top of the tank.At this time,because the stress of the lacing belt is greatly improved,the stress of the roof is also greatly improved,and some nodes of the wind ring exceed the allowable strength of the material,the tank is in a state of structural instability.Maintaining the included angle between the central column and the lacing belt of the membrane-topped storage tank at 77.5 and maintaining the membrane pressure at 400 Pa has a positive effect on improving the structural stability of the tank.Based on the equivalent method,the equivalent buckling analysis model under external pressure is established,and the buckling modes and factors affecting the stability characteristics of large-scale membrane-roof storage tanks under external pressure are analyzed.The results show that the empty tank has the lowest ability to resist external pressure under the action of external pressure.The installation of wind-resistant rings can effectively improve the stability of the tank,and the optimal arrangement mode can be uniformly distributed outside the tank wall,and it is most reasonable to set one wind-resistant ring every two or three floors;However,the increase or decrease of the structural size of the wind ring has little effect on improving the external pressure capacity of the tank;The stability of the tank depends on its own structure.Based on the equivalent analysis model,a parametric software for structural design,structural optimization and finite element analysis of largescale enameled assembled storage tanks was developed,which realized parametric operation and intelligent analysis.The verification results based on actual engineering examples showed that the data test results of parametric software were accurate and the efficiency of tank design and analysis was improved by 200%.According to the structural characteristics of large-scale enameled assembled storage tanks,the online monitoring device for bolts,wall plates and wind rings was developed,the online monitoring system architecture of largescale enameled assembled storage tanks was designed,the online monitoring system of large-scale enameled assembled storage tanks was built,and the data reliability of monitoring nodes was tested.The test results show that the online monitoring system of large-scale enameled assembled storage tanks runs well and is economical and effective.In this paper,through numerical simulation of large-scale enameled assembled storage tanks,the tank structure is optimized,and the tank design analysis software is developed,which provides monitoring methods and monitoring devices for on-line monitoring of enameled assembled storage tanks,fills the gaps in structural design,software application and on-line safety monitoring of large-scale enameled assembled storage tanks,and provides theoretical methods for engineering application and popularization of largescale enameled assembled storage tanks.
