Since the reform and opening up,the rapid development of China’s urbanization has aroused widespread concern in the world.The national living standards have improved significantly,and the gap between urban and rural areas has continued to widen.The "three rural" issues remain prominent.In 2018,the release of the "Rural Revitalization Strategic Plan(2018-2022)" marked the country’s vigorous implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Rural areas and towns mutually promote each other and coexist and coexist,which together constitute the main space for human activities.If the country is prosperous,the country is prosperous.Implementing the strategy of rural rejuvenation has become an important foundation for the construction of a modern economic system in China and a key measure for building a beautiful China,and the road of industrialized development in rural areas has become an important path to achieve rural rejuvenation.Thousands of existing water conservancy facilities of various scales in China have exerted great economic value and social benefits in water conservancy irrigation.At present,most water conservancy facilities rely on their relatively good hydrological and ecological landscape,and they will show a value that cannot be underestimated in the prospect of water conservancy facilities reuse.But at present,many irrigation districts are facing dilemmas such as hollowing out of the rural population,worsening ecological environment,poor traffic conditions,and fragmentation of landscape resources.At this stage,there is not enough attention on the research on the reuse of water conservancy facilities at home and abroad,especially the research on the spillover effects of related planning and design to get rid of the current predicament,activate the area,and achieve local revitalization.This study reviews the theoretical overview of local activation,landscape ecology,and plotting.From the perspective of the reuse of rural water conservancy facilities,it draws on the practical cases of the reuse of water conservancy facilities in the Hongqi Canal in Henan and the Ganfu Plain Irrigation District in Jiangxi.As a breakthrough,comprehensive subject research and qualitative analysis methods are used to study the Shaoshan Irrigation District as the research object,and the current developmental problems such as population hollowness and ecological environment deterioration in Shaoshan Irrigation District areanalyzed,and the resource elements of Shaoshan Irrigation District are deconstructed.Based on the space activation goals,the resource evaluation was carried out,and then the classification and grading evaluation of the landscape resources in Shaoshan Irrigation District were analyzed to further guide the local activation practice.Secondly,this study systematically analyzes the main planning strategies for the "activation" of Shaoshan Irrigation District.From spatial structure to land use coordination,landscape organization and zoning strategies,linear resource organization,node activation,etc.,solutions and implementation paths are proposed.In order to promote the rural revitalization and industrial upgrading in Shaoshan Irrigation District,make full use of water resources and landscape resources for tourism development.So try to contribute to the research in this field,and hope to provide some reference for the follow-up planning practice.
