Abstract/Summary:
The quality control of anti-corrosion coating construction process is an important part of steel structure bridge manufacturing quality,and plays an important role in the maintenance of steel structure bridge in the future operation.In this paper,the quality control of coating in the construction process of steel structure is studied based on the planning bridge project of Nanming Lake International Leisure and health port in Lishui City,Zhejiang Province.According to the structural characteristics of the multi span continuous steel box girder bridge,the key construction stages of the steel bridge are understood,the influence of coating adhesion,coating thickness and environmental factors on the coating quality in the construction process of the steel structure is studied,and the construction quality control of the coating is carried out through the methods of data statistics,test verification and theoretical analysis and calculation.The specific research contents are as follows:1.Firstly,in the process of bridge construction,the quality control of anticorrosive coating of steel structure in the existing project is analyzed.In the process of steel structure processing and on-site construction: steel structure plate size,steel;coating thickness,adhesion,matrix gloss,spraying process;steel plant and on-site environmental factors data collection;2.The thickness of the coating was measured and calculated.It was found that the thickness of the coating was greatly affected by the labor,machinery and technology,and less affected by the environmental factors.Through the performance test of coating thickness,the best coating thickness range is obtained for the coating construction of steel structure bridge,which provides a reference for the quality control of coating in the construction process;3.Combined with the data collection statistics and indoor test analysis of the glossiness,environmental factors and oxidation time of the substrate during the construction process,the influence degree of the environmental factors of the steel plant and the site and the oxidation time after the polishing and derusting treatment on the glossiness of the substrate surface is obtained,and the quality control method ofthe coating adhesion is proposed.The functional relationships among the relative humidity,oxidation time,substrate gloss and coating adhesion were obtained;4.The coating samples are processed in the factory.After the field monitoring,they return to the school for relevant tests.Combined with the data collected on the site,the influence of environmental humidity,oxidation time after polishing of the substrate,environment and process before coating spraying,and coating thickness on the coating reliability in the construction process is analyzed.The results show that the most influential factor on the reliability index is the oxygen after polishing of the substrate before coating The effect of the coating thickness on the adhesion of the coating is less,and the effect is linear.
