Epoxy resin is the most used engineering material in polymer concrete.It has excellent properties such as high strength,high cohesive force,and excellent chemical stability.It is widely used in civil engineering.However,it also has the disadvantages of large brittleness and reduced impact resistance.It has been found that adding rubber particles to ordinary concrete can make up for the problems of large brittleness and weak wear resistance of concrete.Therefore,it is considered to incorporate rubber particles into epoxy resin concrete,which weakens its shortcomings and better highlights the advantages of epoxy materials,and has essential engineering value.In this paper,rubber particles of different particle sizes(average particle size 0.5mm,1.5mm,4mm)Incorporating into the epoxy resin concrete according to the method of replacing the sand by an equal volume,Study different rubber particle substitution ratios(5%,10%,15%,20%,25%)The effect of compressive strength and splitting tensile strength;preferably epoxy resin mortar and epoxy resin concrete are used as repair materials to repair the smooth section formed by ordinary cement mortar and the formation of ordinary cement concrete.Natural section Selecting rubber particles instead of 5%,10%,15% epoxy resin mortar for tensile bonding test;The electron microscopy test was carried out to compare the microstructure of epoxy resin concrete mixed with rubber particles.According to the test results,a group of epoxy resin mortar was selected for the pavement repair project of cement concrete.(1)With the increase of rubber content,the compressive strength,flexural strength and splitting tensile strength of epoxy resin concrete are reduced to varying degrees.However,the degree of decline in mechanical strength does not increase with the increase in rubber content.The rubber particles with an average particle diameter of 1.5 mm minimize the mechanical properties of epoxy resin concrete.(2)The strength of the epoxy resin composite after the repair is related to the strength of the repairing base material.When the strength of the repairing base material is not greater than the strength of the repairing material,the strength of the repaired test piece is positively correlated with the strength of the repairing material;The epoxy resin composite material repairing cement-based material can exhibit excellent ductility performance under the condition of ensuring the strength of the original cement material(3)The results of electron microscopy(SEM)also showed that the interface of the rubber-epoxy-aggregate transition zone was dense and defect-free.The incorporation of rubber particles filled the tiny pores inside the specimen to enhance the toughness(4)The results of the bond tensile test show that the bond strength decreases compared with the non-rubbered blank epoxy mortar sample;as the rubber particle content increases,the bond failure load of the test piece decreases.However,the rubber content of 5% and 10% still shows a high bond strength,meeting the requirements of the repair project.
