In modern society,market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,it has been the main challenge faced by every enterprise manager how to meet the increasingly complex and changeable personalized needs,and meanwhile to effectively control cost and enhance the company’s comprehensive competitive strength.Many successful experiences has proved that implementing lean production transformation is an effective way for companies to achieve the above goals.The theory,principles,and basic methods of lean transformation are universal,but different companies have different corporate culture,market positioning,and management model.Only when they combine the lean theory with the actual conditions of the company,the implementation of the company’s lean transformation plan can promote the company to develop in the right direction.Under the above background,this study first introduces the basic concepts and related theories,which covers the concept and development,core ideas,principles of lean production methods,and its technical support system.Secondly,it analyzes the basis for the implementation of lean production of T company,states the present production and operation situation,the general situation and organization structure of T company,and discusses the problems of T company’s production management and quality management.Thereby explains the necessity for T company to implement lean production management.Thirdly,the implementation of the lean production management of T company is described in detail,including the preparation of lean production management and the implementation of specific programs.In terms of preliminary preparation work,the principles and objectives of lean production implementation,the need to establish specialized lean production organizations,and the training of lean production knowledge are introduced;in the implementation of the program,the promotion of 6S management activities in T company are mainly discussed,as well as flow analysis,layout and transform of production lines,establishment of standardized operations,kanban system and visual management,identification and elimination of eight wastes,and total quality management.Finally,the effectiveness and experience of implementing the lean production management method of T company are elaborated.After T company implemented lean production,the mental outlook of the employees has changed,the production efficiency has been greatly improved.
