| In recent years,due to the wide variety of professional ship types,engineering ships have been widely concerned and used for their special properties,this makes the rapid development of DC speed control system.DC speed control system is stable or not,directly affect the engineering ship can be work stably and reliably,the study of DC speed regulating system is particularly important.In this paper,the incremental PID control method based on modular logic controller(PLC)is used as the main control method of DC speed regulation system,which improves the stability and expansibility of the system.This article focuses on how to use PLC as logic control device of DC speed regulation system,which is the precondition of respectively study the characteristics of double closed-loop DC speed regulating system.Using the incremental PID control method for ACR of current loop and speed loop in the system of ASR to carry on the design and use WinCC configuration was carried out on the system.First of all,this paper introduces the development status of the DC motor speed control system of the engineering ship,and simply combs the development of the SIEMENS PLC and WinCC,and analyzes the components of the DC motor speed control system.Then,the rectifier module of high power double closed-loop DC motor speed regulation system is studied in detail and the trigger mode of thyristor is determined.Based on the research of the transfer function and structure diagram and the research of several control methods of the double closed-loop DC speed control system,the incremental PID control method is used as the control method of the DC speed regulation system.Finally,this paper use SIEMENS PLC to achieve the double closed-loop DC speed control system program control and the human-computer interaction interface of system is established by using SIEMENS WinCC configuration software,not only to facilitate the implementation of remote control system,and improve the system stability and scalability. |
