| Traditional coal-fired heating consumes a large amount of fossil fuels,causing serious air pollution and causing great harm to people’s health.In order to solve the problems caused by coal-fired heating,the government vigorously promotes electric heating technology and proposes policies such as "time-sharing electricity prices" and electric heating subsidies,which can not only solve the environmental problems caused by coal-fired heating,but also improve the imbalance of power supply and demand.In areas with overcapacity like Xinjiang,electric heating is relatively common.But for colleges and universities,there are still many problems in promoting electric heating:there are many types of buildings,it is difficult to achieve unified management,and it cannot achieve the purpose of heating on demand;colleges and universities have a large demand for heating energy,and blindly use valley electricity and electricity Excessive use will exceed the load of the power grid,leading to grid accidents.Therefore,based on the background of a regenerative electric boiler central heating project in a university in Xinjiang,this paper studies the heat load prediction and operation optimization of the system.First of all,on the basis of fully understanding the central heating system of regenerative electric boilers and the factors affecting the heat load,in-depth analysis of the factors affecting the heating load,the main factor-outdoor temperature is studied to obtain the real-time area thermal index method;from the building Based on the usage of materials,the design simulation software of energy consumption simulation was used to analyze the influence of intermittent heating on indoor temperature,and a reasonable time-division heating strategy was set to obtain a new method of load forecasting.Secondly,combined with the predicted heat load,the operation of the regenerative electric boiler heating system is optimized.By analyzing the operating conditions of regenerative electric boilers,the time-of-use electricity price,grid load limit,electric boiler rated power,hot water storage tank capacity and related internal factors are used as the limiting conditions to obtain the goal of minimizing heating costs Function,algorithm design of simplex method and interior point method in Matlab software.Finally,combined with the actual situation of the heating project of a new campus of a university,the load of the special heating cycle in the heating period of 2018-2019 is predicted,and the operation of the regenerative electric boiler system is optimized in conjunction with the load forecast data;Compared with different algorithms,the optimized operation coefficient of the simple method can reach more than 99%,make full use of the valley energy,and very close to the ideal operating condition.In this paper,through the thermal load prediction and system operation optimization of the regenerative electric boiler central heating system,under the premise of satisfying the user’s heating demand and operating power not exceeding the limit of the power grid,the valley energy can be fully utilized to reduce the waste of heat energy and It can save a lot of heating costs for thermal users,and has great reference significance for the construction of electric heating in colleges and universities. |
