| In recent years,with the continuous development of clean energy heating and the demand of absorbing surplus wind power,the proportion of electric heating in northern China has been increasing.In order to reduce the running cost of heating and make full use of the low price valley electricity,the electric boiler + water heat storage model develops rapidly.However,in the actual operation process,the operation situation of the water heat storage system of the electric boiler is complicated,and there are many influencing factors.In order to obtain the operation characteristics of the water storage and heating system of electric boiler,the Cyber SIM/Cybercontrol simulation platform is used in this paper to carry out visual simulation research on its operation.Based on the mass and energy conservation equation,a dynamic mathematical model was established for each component of the water storage and heat supply system of a 3.72 MW electric boiler.Established the electric boiler,heat storage water tank,main equipment frequency circulating pump,general mathematical model of plate heat exchanger,heat supply pipeline,using Fortran language compilation,the algorithm will be compiled by the algorithm of import Cyber Sim/Cybercontrol simulation platform of general simulation system of each component in the module,electric boiler water was established by module configuration regenerative heating system dynamic simulation model of the whole.Dynamic simulation of heating system is realized through model operation.Using the practical operation of 2019 heating period simulation prototype system and test data of the simulation system,under the same conditions to run the system simulation,through to the electric boiler,heat storage water tank,frequency conversion water circulating pump,plate heat exchanger and other major equipment by comparing the simulated data and experimental data found system simulation data and experimental data error within 10%,the results show that establish electric boiler water regenerative heating system simulation model has strong versatility,can better reflect the actual operation of the system characteristics.Through the simulation experiment of the water storage and heat supply system of the electric boiler,the dynamic operation characteristics of the system are analyzed,and the operation characteristics of the electric boiler,the heat storage tank and other relevant equipment in the system during the heat storage and release period are studied.Some optimization Suggestions are put forward to improve the heat utilization efficiency of the heat storage tank.Finally,the system adjusted by the second network operation condition found by raising the second network circulating water flow,reduce the net return water temperature limit,improve the plate heat exchanger heat transfer area,heat storage water tank may be in heat storage water tank when the water temperature distribution is more even,and the heat storage water tank heating time to extend the time of normal heating heat storage water tank,improve the utilization efficiency of water tank. |
