With the rapid development of society, constructing prefabricated buildings is increasingly becoming an architectural production mode of the construction industry. The prefabricated buildings have the characteristics of green environmental protection, less wet work on site, and fast construction speed and so on.At present, most of the researches on prefabricated buildings at home and abroad are the connection of the frame structures, the connection of the shear wall structure and the beam-column connection of the frame-shear wall structure, and the results of the researches are also widely used in practical engineering. However, there are still few researches on the beam-wall of the frame-shear wall structure,so this paper will propose a new type of beam-wall connection and study the feasibility of this connection.Based on the existing beam-wall and frame shear experiments and experimental results, the general finite element simulation software ABAQUS was used to simulate the beam-wall experimental specimens and frame-shear wall experimental specimens under monotonic force cyclic loading and cyclic displacement loading respectively. The simulation results are extracted and compared with the experimental results. The results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results, which verifies the rationality and feasibility of the finite element simulation software ABAQUS.On the basis of the existing experimental specimens, the dimensions of the joints are designed. And the force-carrying process of the cast-in-place parts and the assembly connected by the connection is simulated, and the simulation results are extracted. And the mechanical properties such as ductility coefficient?the maximum bearing capacity and initial stiffness of the two are compared and analyzed. The results show that the maximum bearing capacity of the assembly is higher than the maximum bearing capacity of the cast-in-place component;the ductility of the assembly is better than that of the cast-in-place component;the difference between the initial stiffness of the assembly and the cast-in-place parts is not significant. This shows that the connection between the beam and wall is feasible.Six different sets of beam-wall specimens were designed by changing the parameters of section thickness, section height, section length, steel strength, concrete strength and longitudinal spacing. Each group only changes one of the parameters,The stresses process of the six groups of beam-wall specimens under the monotonic displacement load were simulated, and the simulation results were extracted by using ABAQUS finite element simulation software. The mechanical properties such as maximum bearing capacity, ductility coefficient and initial stiffness were compared and analyzed, and the influence of each parameter on the shear resistance of prefabricated beam wall is discussed.Combined with the actual engineering application and simulation results of the beam wall assembled structure, the parameters of the impact resistance of the connectors are rationalized and analyzed, and reasonable suggestions are put forward.By selecting reasonable parameters, namely C40 for concrete,100 mm for connector section height,120 mm for connector section length,Q345 for steel,4mm for connector section thickness and 275 mm for longitudinal spacing,so the connector is designed.frame-shear wall cast-in-place model and the frame-shear wall assembled component model connected by connecting pieces are simulated under cyclic displacement load, and the simulation results are extracted. And the maximum bearing capacity, ductility, energy dissipation capacity and stiffness degradation of the three parts are compared and analyzed,so as to explore the seismic capacity of the frame-shear wall structure connected by connectors.
