| The traditional business center refers to a central area with certain core influences,which is located in the old city and is composed of multi-level businesses such as streets and commercial buildings.It is an urban space that has long existed as a commercial center of the city.It is a historical place that has undergone continuous urban development and construction.Traditional business centers are affected by various forces during the development process.Transportation is one of the main influencing factors of spatia l evolution.The rapid,punctual,and large volume of rail transit can quickly and quickly deliver people living in the surrounding areas of the city to the downtown area for rapid distribution activities.It is conducive to the smooth development of comme rcial and public activities in the central area.Rail transit has a significant impact on traditional business centers,bringing great transportation convenience and huge consumer flow to traditional business centers.It also brought about the adjustment a nd reconstruction of various spatial elements of the traditional business center.In order to convert the mass flow of rail transit into commercial passenger flow,the convenience provided by rail transit alone is not enough to form a strong commercial att raction.Rail transit must be combined with a good traditional commercial center space.Therefore,it is necessary to study the space optimization of traditional commercial centers under the influence of rail transit.Based on the relevant theory of rail t ransit’s influence on the space of traditional commercial centers,this paper takes three mature and typical traditional commercial centers: Nanjing Xinjiekou Commercial Center,Xi’an Bell Tower Commercial Center and Chengdu Chunxi Road Commercial Center a s examples.Comprehensive use of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods such as statistical analysis and GIS spatial analysis to compare and study indicators such as business cent er’s core density,format mix,land use intensity,bus station coverag e,bus network density,public space service scope and other indicators,from From the perspective of spatial evolution,the characteristics of the spatial evolution of traditional commercial centers under the influence of rail transit are dynamically anal yzed,and the spatial evolution trends and existing problems of traditional commercial centers under the influence of rail transit are explored.In this way,the space optimization strategy of the traditional commercial center under the influence of rail t ransit is proposed.On this basis,taking the traditional business center of Changsha City-Wuyi Square Business Center as an example,combined with questionnaire surveys and current data analysis to summarize the current spatial problems of Wuyi Square Business Center,from reshaping the structure of commercial formats,integrating and updating various types of land,Improve the bus interchange route,optimize the traffic around the rail station and other aspects.Put forward the space optimization strateg y of Wuyi Square commercial center under the influence of rail transit.The study found that under the influence of rail transit,the commercial competitiveness of core traditional business centers gradually strengthened.Spatial evolution presents a trend of mixed distribution of multi-nuclear formats around rail stations,multi-level land renewal along rail lines,and slow transit of public transportation dominated by rail transit.However,in the dynamic evolution of traditional business centers,there a re also problems such as the lack of traditional characteristics under the promotion of business energy levels,the mismatch of business development and traditional business environment,the uneven land use in land renewal,and the lack of walking public c ommunication space.In the process of space optimization,it is necessary to not only follow the general trend of the space evolution of traditional commercial centers under the influence of rail transit,but also avoid the space problems that arise in dynamic development. |
