| With the improvement of people’s living standards and awareness of medical treatment,the needs for the function and environment inside the hospital buildings are constantly increasing.Not only patients require hospitals to have related medical assistance functions,but also people tend to have higher expectations for medical environment and the atmosphere in the waiting area.Thus,the People-oriented concept should be implemented in the design of medical buildings.However,the problem of discomfort in the public spaces has seriously affected patient’s medical experience and also the operating efficiency of hospital.It is necessary to improve the comfortability of the large hospital clinic’s public space.Therefore,how to improve the comfortability of large hospital clinic’s public space become the research object.This research,which based on objective facts,analyzes the influencing factors of the comfortability in the large hospital clinic public space and combines the Grounded Theory with the internal needs of all users.The weight and the sequence of the influencing factors have been calculated,and then the designed strategies have been put forward.Finally,through the analysis of practual cases,the actual value and feasibility of this theoretical research have been proved.The content includes the following parts: In the first part,it elaborates the research background of this article and summarizes the existing literature,and then proposes the research purpose,research status and research framework.In the second part,it discusses the Grounded Theory and the general outline of the research object.This part provides supporting evident for the methods and lays a theoretical foundation for the follow-up research.In the third part,based on the guidance from the Grounded Theory,by implementing in depth interviews,the influencing factors of the comfort within the large hospital clinic public area have been determined.Besides,by using questionnaires investigation,the weight and the sequence of these influencing factors have been found.In the fourth part,through summarizing and analyzing the results of the Grounded Theory investigation,the optimal strategy and specific tactics to design the large hospital clinic’s public area are obtained.In the fifth part,based on investigation and observation,the research of practical case is able to verify the feasibility of the research results.This article researches the existing problems and the factors of the hospital clinic’s public area,and reveals the high demand for the comfortability within large hospital clinic’s public area.Subsequently,in order to remedy the insufficient research in the Grounded Theory and in the large hospital clinic’s public area,this research article proposes some practical strategies and feasible ideas for designing and building more comfortable hospital in the future. |
