Electric Power Steering(EPS),with its unique ad vantages,has gradually developed into a standard for many vehicle at home and abroad.In the process of vehicle driving,EPS controller controls the motor to provide an appropriate power to the steering system,so that the steering system can better match the vehicle’s performance requirements.In the actual development project,the new EPS controller developed should be loaded on the vehicle.Under various test conditions,the debugging personnel should modify and optimize its control algorithm and strateg y through repeated real vehicle tests with the help of debugging tools,so as to achieve the required performance.Through large quantities have been debugging and match a good steering system applies only to do an experiment of this kind of vehicle.When its load to other vehicle,similar debugging and calibration experiments need to do.It results in a waste of resources,and makes the debugging and calibration period long of power system development and matching,and the effect is not ideal.Under this background,based on the actual engineering project,this paper starts with the debugging and calibration work of eliminating the matching of EPS system among various models,develops the self-matching control algorithm,and realizes the self-matching of the debugged and calibrated EPS system among different models.This paper first analyzes the resistance moment of steering system,deduces the formula for calculating the resistance moment of vehicle steering system,clarifies the relationship between vehicle dynamic response and vehicle configuration parameters in the resistance moment,and builds the resistance moment model.Then,based on the established resistance moment model of vehicle steering system,the self-matching control algorithm is developed acco rding to the working principle of the system.In addition,the design idea of independent simulation of sub-module is adopted to build the simulation platform,and the simulation environment is set up for simulation verification,so as to verify the matchin g effect of the power system among different models under the control of the resistance moment model of steering system and the self-matching algorithm.In this paper,the matching function of power steering system controller software us es the Model Based Design(MBD,Model-based Design).Based on the actual development project,paper introduces the specific controller application layer software development process and the STM32 development board underlying driver.And the integrated controller software program is downloaded to the development board for hardware in the loop and semi-physical in the loop test simulation experiments. |
