With the rapid development of China’s economy,People’s Daily life and social production have put forward higher technical requirements for the reliability of power supply.More and more high-voltage switchgear is put into the power supply and distribution system of the power grid.At present,because the high-voltage switchgear works for a long time under the action of large current,its internal heating failure often occurs,and serious accidents such as fire and power failure may occur.So in order to the discovery of high voltage switchgear overheating phenomenon as soon as possible,based on several common high voltage switch cabinet temperature measurement method on the basis of the analysis and comparison,the wireless real-time temperature measuring system working principle and technical requirements are analyzed,and then through the choice of temperature sensor,wireless communication mode choice,the choice of the ways of power supply and so on several aspects of introduction,the final design for intelligent substation high-voltage switch cabinet wireless real-time temperature measuring system.The system can real-time reflect the temperature of the high voltage switch cabinet internal power equipment,and an alarm signal in time when temperature is too high,so that staff can timely deal with the possibility of power failure,which can effectively reduce the electric network and social production losses due to reasons such as power,has a certain economic and social benefits.The wireless real-time temperature measurement system of intelligent substation high voltage switchgear designed in this paper mainly includes three parts:the temperature measurement part,the temperature receiving part and the temperature display part.In the part of temperature measurement,the high-precision digital sensor DS18B20 is selected as the temperature sensor,STM8L151 specially designed by stmicroelectronics(ST)for ultra-low power consumption products is used as the CPU,and wlk01l39-spi is used as the wireless transmission module.In the temperature receiving part,STM32F103RBT6,a 32-bit high-performance processing chip produced by ARM company,is used as the main CPU and wlk01l39-spi is used as the wireless receiving module.Temperature display part contains for local touch screen and remote hosts,including local touch screen took 7 inch DMT80480T070_03W industrial-grade touch screen,LCD panel compared to the traditional buttons for more friendly human-computer interaction,the staff need not frequent page to view your temperature data,remote monitoring host page is using the kingview software development and design,and detailed design for each part of the hardware and software to meet the requirements of high voltage switch cabinet temperature measurement.In this paper,the performance of the system mainly includes temperature sensor precision test,wireless communication effect and distance test and battery life test.The test results show that the wireless temperature measurement system can meet the requirements of temperature measurement inside the high-voltage switchgear.Finally,the field installation of the system is briefly introduced.In practice,the system can operate safely and reliably without temperature loss.
