| With the rapid economic development,the demand for social infrastructure has increased significantly,and construction machinery plays an important role as an important equipment power.At a time when the development of technology and technology is slowing down,construction machinery is gradually maturing,and shaping the uniqueness of products has become a new trend in market competition.However,in recent years,the phenomenon of homogenization of product styling in the industry has been serious,leading to a significant reduction in the brand recognition of products.To achieve a place in the fiercely competitive world market,it is particularly important to achieve product styling differentiation.The product is the carrier of the externalization of the brand image and the main body of market competition.Product image is an im portant way to reflect brand differences,and by strengthening the product image can further enhance and consolidate the market competitiveness of the brand.Therefore,based on the product image as the theoretical basis,this article proposes a systematic and comprehensive engineering machinery modeling design method from the product itself,to achieve product modeling differentiation,in order to improve brand recognition,and explain and test the design method through practical cases.To put it simply,i t is to create construction machinery models with certain identifying characteristics based on the differences in product images between different brands.This article discusses the basic concepts of product image,and discusses the definition and composition of product image,the relationship between product image and brand building,and product factors.The product image recognition system including visual recognition elements and concept recognition elements is studied,and then the product image recogni tion elements in the field of construction machinery are further analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for the design method,and engineering machinery based on product image recognition is proposed Modeling design method.The first step of the method is to extract the visual recognition elements of the construction machinery.According to the product shape recognition experiment and evaluation data,the SPSS is used to quantitatively analyze the target shape features,and then the shape recognition eleme nts are extracted through linear analysis;the product color is analyzed The collocation and distribution rules of the system extract the color recognition elements;analyze the product’s logo painting and decorative painting to extract the painting recogn ition elements.Then extract the concept recognition elements of construction machinery,use the semantic difference method to evaluate the style image of product modeling semantics,analyze the evaluation data to obtain the target image,and then obtain t he image recognition elements of the product through image analysis,image modeling and image extension.Finally,combined with the basic principles of modeling design,the extracted identification elements are retained,mutated,innovated and used to desi gn a new engineering machinery modeling plan.Taking SANY Heavy Industry’s STC250 crane design project as a case to carry out modeling design practice,the feasibility and applicability of the design method were verified.By analyzing the principle of prod uct image recognition,the product recognition elements of the construction machinery brand can be effectively obtained,which provides new methods and ideas for modeling research,which can be used for reference and reference for other construction machin ery modeling design. |
