Research On Landscape Space Design Of Water Area Of Traditional Villages In Hunan Province

Hunan province,known as "eight mountains,one water,one field".Lake system developed in the territory,densely covered river network.Many traditional villages in Hunan are famous for their well-preserved characteristic buildings and their literati history.In particular,the waterfront scenery derived from the water system of traditional villages in western And southern Hunan and the surrounding environment is of unique artistic charm.In recent years,traditional villages are changing people’s life with their rapid development.With the rise of village cultural tourism and the influx of foreign population,traditional villages begin to show their appearance.At the same time,in order to expand tourism,increase the income of local residents and get rid of poverty as soon as possible,blind expansion and reconstruction in many areas have destroyed the original space inside villages and caused the loss of traditional elements inside villages,so there is still a lack of research on the landscape space of traditional village waters.The author visited traditional villages in Hunan extensively and accumulated abundant field data,which also aroused the research interest of village waterfront landscape space.First of all,through reading relevant domestic and foreign literature and field investigation and research,starting from the relationship between water and village site selection,the spatial direction of village waterfront landscape is determined to conclude the relationship between water system and village site selection and architectural layout.Secondly,according to the property and space type of village waterfront space,it is classified into two types of natural and artificial waterfront space.On this basis,all natural and artificial waterfront Spaces are further divided into three different Spaces:point,line and plane.The characteristics of waterfront space environment are analyzed through space sentence law,environmental behavior and landscape design.Through induction classification and software analysis,the influence of different waterfront Spaces on traditional villages and residents is summarized.Finally,through the study and analysis of village waterfront space,the development and design strategies of three types of village waterfront space landscape are summarized.At the same time,the paper points out the existing problems in the village waterfront landscape space,and tries to find solutions and strategies.In the process of pointing out and seeking solutions to the spatial problems of village waterfront landscape,the theoretical system and development and design strategies of village waterfront landscape are formed.It is even applied to the planning and design of urban waterfront landscape space to supplement the design method of waterfront landscape space.Due to different regions,the scale,layout,architectural form and space utilization of waterfront landscape of traditional villages have their own characteristics in Hunan.Both reflect the wisdom of our ancestors,and the way in which man and nature coexist in harmony,have an irreplaceable position.The waterfront landscape space of traditional villages in Hunan has a long history and forms a unique water culture,which shows its unique charm in the history of regional culture.
