The incoming 5G era has taken automobile industry to a more intelligent future.To meet the personalized demands of users,automobile manufac turers are perusing new network functions such as security protection and multimedia entertainment configuration.However,different users show the different needs on network functions,and these needs cannot be uniformly and accurately tracked.Poor data validity and weak information integrity have led to a drop in product properties,which makes technology development and market demand mismatched with each other.This result in the non-ideal sales on those kinds of vehicles.Therefore,the evaluation syst em is required to obtain end users’ detailed needs.This paper proposes a new decision-making research method,which is different from the traditional methods that using subjective/objective single-dimensional to analyze and evaluate.This method takes influencing factors from purchasing process into consideration,thereby enriching the relationship information between user perception and car purchasing.For automobile companies and related industries,this can be scientifically and effectively helpful when formulating product service solutions.This research can be classified into the multi-property and multi-index decision-making issues.Considering the complexity of the decision-making process and the uncertainty of decision-makers’ evaluation information,this paper selects fuzzy language operators for information aggregation.The main innovation points are as follows:(1)The 2-dimension decision-making system on the network product configuration of automobile products is proposed,which can quantitativel y analyze the relationship between user perception and consumption function;(2)A network configuration evaluation model based on consumer decision-making is established.This paper proposes a two-interval dimension method on users’ decision-making that combines rough analytic hierarchy process(RAHP)with interval aggregate(IA)operator and uncertain language hybrid aggregate(ULHA)operator;(3)Combined with the theories of multi-property attitude,a product demand concept verification decision model bas ed on multi-property is constructed,and a set of systematic product configuration design schemes is obtained.This thesis defines the main perceived demand and consumption function of the network configuration for automotive products.An evaluation model,a decision model and a concept model for system decision-making are built utilizing the aggregation of consumer evaluation information.The model is based on the priority of users’ decision-making preferences,and can establish the optimal design scheme of the automobile products network configuration when the users’ behaviors are uncertain.By analyzing the market performance of the network configuration from different vehicle models,the accuracy of the information collection and the reliability of the decision-making method are verified,and the optimized specific plans and recommendations for the network product configuration of automotive products can be made.
