Experience Design Practice Of HIS Outpatient Workstation In Diabetes Specialty

Diabetes has become a global public health problem,and the number of people with diabetes in China ranks first in the world.Diabetes,as a chronic disease,makes diabetes specialists use outpatient workstation products very frequently,so it is very important to improve the efficiency of products and improve the satisfaction of doctors.However,the current software design for diabetes diagnosis and treatment is old,lacking experience and ease of use,only providing functionality,and not enough attention to interface interaction and experience design.This research topic of this paper comes from the diabetes doctor work station project that I participated in during my internship in Chang Sha Fulcrum Info Tech Ltd.the product is mainly customized for the diabetes clinic of Xiangya No.2 Hospital.In this project,I mainly acted as interaction designer and UI designer.This paper first describes the source and background of the project,the purpose and significance of the project,the research methods and ideas of the project,the innovation of the project,the overall framework of the paper and the time nodes of the project practice.In the second chapter,the competitive product analysis and user research are carried out,and the pain points of user demand are obtained.After that,the design practice is carried out according to the user’s pain points and the needs of the project.Finally,the usability test method is used to test the usability of the designed page,optimize and iterate.This study found that: first,the outpatient workstation product uses left navigation and right content layout to maximize the use of screen space and maximize the content presented;second,providing commonly used diagnosis,medical advice,medication and other information helps to improve the efficiency of doctors;third,for users like doctors,"select" is more consistent with "search" Their user mind,do not ignore the user’s habits for the sake of the neat layout of the page information,display the information directly by tiling it out or use the drop-down box to sort out the common information,which can improve the work efficiency and satisfaction;Fourth: carry out the complex process step by step,provide the general information template,instead of stacking all the information on one page,which can reduce errors and improve Efficiency;fifth: in the doctor workstation project,usability test can be used to test and optimize the basis of design,which can be analyzed and optimized from three levels of availability,efficiency and satisfaction,but it is time-consuming and laborious,so it can be used as appropriate.In this paper,the information processing theory combined with user experience design method used in the process of design practice can be used in more design practice,providing a reference method for the design optimization of future medical products.
