Research On Optimization Of Service Flow Of Ship Fluid Performance Test In S Enterprise Based On New Information Technology

At present,high-performance computing,virtual design and virtual simulation technology,Internet of Things technology,big data technology and other emerging information technology are rapidly developing.The improvement of high-performance computing capability has greatly expanded the application scenarios of computing technology;virtual design and virtual simulation technology have been simulated and optimized by computer before the official start of industrial process;Internet of Things technology allows objects to connect and perceive infinite extension;Data technology makes the value of data unearthed and exploited like never before.The application of emerging information technology continues to penetrating the industrial field and weave a new industrial network.In the process of China’s development from a big shipbuilding country to a powerful shipbuilding country,new information technology also plays a huge role in promoting and leading the construction of shipbuilding industry.In this paper,the key link of ship design and construction,the service of ship fluid performance test,is selected as the starting point to study the scenarios and schemes of the application of new information technology.Based on the theoretical research of process optimization,this paper starts from the positioning of ship fluid performance test in the ship industry,selects s-enterprise to analyze the shortcomings of its existing process in the current operation;combined with the technical characteristics of high-performance computing,virtual design and virtual simulation technology,Internet of things technology,big data technology,discusses the new information technology in the ship fluid performance test of s-enterprise After that,the paper studies the application mode of each new information technology in the test,and puts forward the optimization design scheme and Implementation Suggestions of the service process of ship fluid performance test after the comprehensive application of information technology.Then,the paper uses the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the service process optimization project effect of s enterprise’s ship fluid performance test.The evaluation result shows that the service process optimization effect of ship fluid performance test is "high".This shows that the optimized flow scheme is suitable for the improvement of the service flow of s enterprise’s ship fluid performance test.
