With the increasing requirements for port environmental protection in recent years,the application of shore-to-ship power technology has become more widely.Shore-to-ship power supply means that ships stop using marine diesel engines to generate electricity after docking and use shore power systems to provide power to ships,thereby reducing air pollutant emissions.The research on the integrated monitoring and maintenance is of great significance to improving the stability and efficiency of shore-to-ship power supply system.This thesis is focused on the integrated design of monitoring and maintenance for shore-to-ship power supply system.The overall architecture,system functions,control method under the load change during the operation of shore power grid connection,are studied.The monitoring information cloud interactive platform is designed to efficient operation and maintenance.The main work of the thesis is as follows:(1)The overall architecture of integrated monitoring and maintenance system is constructed,including equipment monitoring and protection,real-time billing,data storage and other comprehensive functions.The data collection and communication modes of ship-based and shore-based system are designed.The monitoring parameters requirement is analyzed in detail.(2)The multi-channel transient waveform recording subsystem of the shore power monitoring system is studied.The signal type,distributed structure and system function are analyzed.The main parameters of each synchronous acquisition module,the output method of the acquired signal and software function are designed.Finally,the application of multi-channel transient waveform recording monitoring in the fault location of short-circuit fault and single-phase grounding fault is studied.(3)The monitoring method of shore power grid-connected operation is studied.In view of the ship load changes during the operation of shore power grid connection,different ship load types and method of shore power capacity demand calculation are analyzed.The grid-connected inverter model and its circuit topology are established.To improve the stability of shore power parameters when the load changes,the traditional Droop control strategy is optimized,and the CVFT-Droop shore power grid-connected control strategy is proposed.Simulation results show that the improved CVFT-Droop control strategy can significantly improve the power quality and operational stability when the load changes.(4)A cloud-based shore power monitoring information interactive platform is studied.The system composition,functional modules,information interaction process,data storage optimization,cloud platform equipment impact and other key technologies are analyzed and designed.Finally,the monitoring interface software of cloud platform is designed.The monitoring cloud interactive platform can improve the convenience and operational efficiency of the shore power system.
