In the process of the increasingly busy marine transportation business and the gradual development of port construction at home and abroad,the substantial increase in the number of terminals has promoted the development of international trade and economy,provided more ports that can be docked for ships,and brought an increasingly significant environment.question.Domestic and foreign ships use auxiliary engines to supply their own electricity when they are in the port,which not only consumes fuel,but also produces a large number of harmful pollutants.In addition,noise pollution has seriously affected the ecology and living environment of the port area.Under the strategic background of building a "green port" in my country,the situation of energy saving and emission reduction in ports is very urgent.The full research and application of ship shore power has long-term significance for the environmental protection work of port cities.This paper mainly focuses on the shore power technology of dry bulk terminals,due to the unstable control situation in the process of ship-to-shore grid connection and the high cost and uncertainty of shore power construction and maintenance,resulting in its application and promotion hindered,so this paper focuses on the control strategy and application benefit of ship shore power grid connection while doing a good job in the technical scheme design of ship shore power system.The research is as follows:First of all,according to the concept of ship shore power system,the principle of shore power system is studied,and the capacity requirements of ship shore power of the dry bulk terminal are actually calculated in combination with the berthing of ships at the dry bulk cargo terminal in Dongjiakou Port Area of Qingdao Port,and then the application scheme and technical scheme applicable to the shore power of ships in this dry bulk terminal are designed,and finally the stability and safety of the shore power system are ensured by conducting safety tests for ship shore power applications.Secondly,this paper analyzes and studies the problems of instability and insecurity in ship-to-shore grid connection,and establishes a constant power(PQ)control model for ship shore power connection.Combined with the PQ control model,the difference between PI,PR and QPR control strategies is studied,the advantages of repeated control strategies are studied,and the two control strategies are combined to add repeated control on the basis of QPR to connect ship shore power,and Simulink is used in MATLAB for simulation comparison,and the results show that through the improvement of the control scheme,the process of onshore power supply and ship grid connection is more stable and safer.Finally,starting from the comprehensive evaluation attributes of ship shore power,according to the mechanism and influencing factors of the national economic benefits of ship shore power,and the direct quantitative(economic)benefits and indirect quantitative(social)benefits of ship shore power and its calculation method are analyzed,taking the dry bulk cargo terminal in Dongjiakou Port Area as an example,the economic and social benefit value is obtained through the calculation method of ship shore power,and the results show that the economic benefits of ship shore power at dry bulk terminals are very significant,and there are also good social benefits.The research and application of ship shore power technology has high value. |
