Research On Construction Procedure Interactive Platform Based On BIM

Economic development keep going as time goes by,the number and scale of construction projects are increasing increasingly,and the development of construction technology is changing with each passing day.How to revise the construction industry inefficient management and how to efficient and accurate popularize all kinds of construction technology have become the industry’s attention.^[2]BIM construction procedure expression is the main way to solve construction procedure explanation in the engineering construction industry efficiently.However,most existing applications are supported by static BIM images.Simplex expression and application view still requires employee with professional knowledge.The potential of BIM in the expression and application of construction procedure has not been fully developed.This research starting from the actual demand of the construction procedure application,aiming at the problems in traditional construction procedure expression,using BIM model with the performance of harmony,parameterize and visual features,then proposes a more intuitive,convenient and more interactive expression application mode,and develop a feasible technical scheme,developed the construction technology interactive platform system based on BIM model.According to a batch of accumulated construction technology achievement based on BIM data and 3Ds Max data,and carrying out parameter inheritance and reuse,research and development were carried out for video separation and reorganization,ergonomics analysis,parametric drive demonstration and other technologies.This study mainly completed the following work:（1）Form video database.More than one hundred sets of construction procedure databases including text disclosure,picture expression,BIM model and procedure simulation animation were completed.At first,"dynamic construction procedure basic data source"was constructed to form a video database of construction procedure achievements.（2）Build procedure interaction platform.Interactive using based on the content of the construction process database and the transformation and inheritance of the data.A series of Autodesk software and other BIM application software have been studied as the basic data source of database expansion and upgrade.On this basis,video separation and recombination,ergonomic analysis,parametric drive demonstration and other technologies were developed.The construction procedure platform which integrates teaching,training and assessment system is built.Study shows that the construction procedure interactive platform based on BIM model,through the information exchange,parametric driving procedure split reorganization techniques such as research,to achieve the set teaching,training,evaluation system for the integration of construction procedure platform,the establishment of the technical staff for the enterprise provides an easy way to access and use,timely,accurate screening and call procedure video platform for the construction procedure,greatly improve the application of BIM model reuse degree and the use value of construction technology platform.
