With the development of aerospace and deep space exploration,deployable structures with small volume and light weight have been widely used in space structures such as satellite antennas,solar panels and heat shields.This makes the research of deployable structures become a hot direction,which has important significance for the development of our aerospace science and technology.Among them,deployable structures inspired by Origami have developed rapidly in recent years,the structures inspired by Origami have been widely used in machinery,architecture,aerospace and other fields,such as the Flasher Origami,Miura Origami,etc.In this paper,the deployable membrane is taken as the research object.The membrane used in aerospace is modeled,the motion is analyzed,and a deployable structure of the membrane is designed.This article has done the following works:First of all,the basic rules for Origami have be listed.Base on this,the cylindrical surface,the circular table surface,the plane and the parabola are analyzed,respectively.The creases design rules of membrane are summarized,the design constraints are listed,and the mathematical model of the creases are established,and the mathematical models have been verified by an example.Secondly,the freedom degree and motion analysis of the previously developed flat deployable membrane are carried out.The kinematics model is mainly established by the D-H parameter method,and then the model is analysed by iterative method with the help of matlab to obtain its kinematic process curve.Finally,a deployable structure of the deployable membrane was designed,which was modeled with Pro/E,then the deploy progress was simulated by Adams,and optimized based on the simulation results.This structure realizes the combination of the research and application of the deployable membrane,so that the research results can be applied to practice,and the expected goal of the subject is achieved.
