Abstract/Summary:
Whether in domestic or foreign high-rise buildings, the use of conversion floor structure has been very common, and frame-supported shear wall structure is a special type of complex high-rise building structure in such high-rise buildings. The analysis of seismic performance is difficult. In the actual project of frame-supported shear wall structure,in addition to the beam-type conversion layer, the research and application of other types of conversion layer structures are relatively few,and the truss conversion layer has the advantages of clear and clear force transmission and natural coordination of deformation. Therefore, the study of the truss conversion layer has certain significance for the seismic design of the frame-core tube structure. The thesis takes the actual project of a high-rise commercial and residential building with frame-supported shear wall as the research object, the lower part is the frame structure, and the upper part is the shear wall. The beam-type transition layer model and the diagonal web truss transition layer model were established respectively.Through calculation and analysis of the two models, the seismic performance parameters of the diagonal web truss transition layer and the performance parameters of the beam transition layer used in the actual project were compared. To find the seismic performance characteristics of the frame-core tube structure under the two conversion layer forms. The paper uses SAP2000 finite element analysis software to analyze the vertical seismic force effect and the static elastoplastic time history of the two structural models of beam transfer layer and inclined web truss conversion layer under the same load conditions.According to the analysis and calculation results, the following conclusions are obtained:In the two different types of conversion layers, the overall seismic performance of the structure is not much different, but there are obvious differences near the conversion layer: The value of each order of the natural vibration period of the conversion layer structure of the inclined web truss is smaller than that of the beam type conversion layer; The interlayer displacement of the layer where the web beam truss conversion layer is located is smaller than that of the beam type conversion layer, and the sudden change degree of displacement between the upper and lower layers near the conversion layer is greater than that of the beam type conversion layer; The shear force between the layers where the inclined web truss conversion layer is located is greater than that of the beam type conversion layer, the level of shear change between the two structural transition layers and the lower layer is similar; There are more plastic hinges when the structure of the conversion layer is damaged, and the failure process is relatively long. This shows that it is feasible to replace the beam-type conversion layer with the inclined-web truss conversion layer.
