Optimization Of Working Capital Management Of A Company From The Perspective Of Value Chain

At present,the domestic private construction industry is in a weak link in the industrial chain.A large number of accounts receivable cannot be recovered in time,A large amount of material and labor fees have to be paid on time.There was a general lack of financing instruments.As a result,the construction industry working capital management efficiency is generally low.A company has A short history of establishment,rapid business development,lack of self-owned capital accumulation,and immature management in all aspects.Company A has many problems in working capital management.The author of this paper takes A Company as the research object.From the perspective of the value chain,the factors that affect the working capital management efficiency are systematically found out from each link of A company’s internal and external value chain.Guided by domestic and foreign theories of value chain,Analyze,study,integrate and optimize the problems in each value chain link.A set of optimization schemes to solve the low efficiency of company A’s working capital management are found out.So as to guide the working capital management of A company and finally realize the purpose of improving the efficiency of working capital management.The conclusion of this paper is universal to private construction enterprises,and its research results have certain reference and guiding significance to private construction industry working capital management.
