| With the rapid development of China’s market economy,customers’ personalized and diversified demands have prompted related companies to carry out strategic cooperation,forming a complex value dynamic system in which various stakeholders are closely cooperating,and therefore value chain management theory has been widely valued.In recent years,the state has successively introduced preferential policies to stop home appliances going to the countryside,replacing home appliances with old ones,and subsidizing energy-saving color TVs.Most home appliance industries have shown a sharp decline in operating performance after lack of support from relevant national subsidy policies.A large amount of working capital of home appliance companies is idle in procurement,production and marketing,and the inventory backlog is serious,which makes it difficult for the working capital of the enterprise to turn over capital.Therefore,it is indispensable to improve the level of working capital management in the value chain of home appliance companies through research on the level of working capital management.First,the article reviews and reviews the domestic and foreign literature reviews from three aspects:working capital management methods,value chain theory content and how the working capital management under the value chain creates value.Secondly,it expounds working capital management theory and value chain theory,and summarizes the main contents of A company’s working capital management under the value chain.Again,the article takes company A as the research object for case study,using literature research method,case analysis method and field investigation method to analyze the current status of working capital management and the problems of working capital management under the value chain,and finds that company A has a procurement link Raw materials take up a lot of funds,the production chain has a serious backlog of products,the profitability of the marketing chain is poor,and the company’s credit and extensive customer relationship management have not been fully utilized.The reason for the problem is the unreasonable procurement process,the relatively backward inventory management model,the imperfect marketing management mechanism,the more general supplier management and the insufficient attention to customer relationship maintenance.Finally,from the perspective of the value chain,it proposes optimization measures for Company A’s working capital management system.The article proposes measures such as promoting collaborative information procurement,implementing a zero-stock production system,building a "three network integration" sales model,rationally using supplier funds,and comprehensively controlling customer receivables,which can help the company greatly improve its working capital management level To speed up the flow of working capital,so as to build a fully integrated cooperative and win-win working capital management system,so that company A can maximize value creation,which has certain practical significance for enterprise development.At the same time,I hope to use this research to provide reference and reference for other domestic related companies that are operating or are planning to carry out value chain working capital management. |
