Camera pan/tilt heads are widely used for research because of their high response speed,large motion space and high control accuracy.Its application in photographic shooting camera pan tilt is to subvert the traditional shooting methods,to bring people a new visual feast.Foreign camera PTZ control camera technology is very mature.It can be seen everywhere in various sports venues,movie shooting,and concerts.However,there is still a certain distance between the domestic research on its application and the commercial application of reality.Based on the existing technology research,this paper designs a stable PTZ that can be equipped with a camera,and designs and improves the control system and control method of the camera PTZ to provide further convenience for actual photography.The main work is as follows:According to the functional requirements of the pan/tilt system equipped with a camera,the main technical specifications of the pan/tilt design are determined;first,the main controller suitable for the pan/tilt and the drive mode are selected to establish the mathematical model of the brushless DC motor to determine the control protocol of the pan/tilt.Next,it focused on the design of the structure of the PTZ.Based on the transmission structure,the internal parts of the gimbal are laid out;the horizontal and vertical motion control principles of the gimbal are analyzed;then the gimbal encoder is installed to install the connecting shaft,horizontal and vertical structures;and the prototype is developed.Once again complete the PTZ control hardware circuit design.Mainly include the driver circuit design,power module,sensor unit design,serial communication circuit,etc.;complete the PTZ control PCB board production.Finally,the PID algorithm,the fuzzy control algorithm and the parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID algorithm were used to simulate the camera pan-tilt motion control.The experimental results show that the parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID algorithm has high control accuracy and strong self-adaptability,which can meet the requirements of camera pan-tilt motion control.Test the PTZ stability function for different interferences of the camera heads in different states,and conduct field tests on the camera heads that have been developed in combination with practical applications.From the result data,the PTZ camera control system based on the STM32 camera is verified.Advantage.
