Analysis Of The Spatial Form Of Traditional Villages And Research On Protection Strategies

For a long time,in the context of rapid urbanization and rural modernization,traditional villages in our country are generally faced with some problems,such as hollowing,constructive damage,and unfavorable style control.At present,the state and society pay more and more attention to the protection of traditional villages,and the relevant research and planning practice for traditional villages are gradually deepening.The regional research and local practice of traditional villages have also been widely concerned.Ningbo is a national historical and cultural city with rich historical and cultural heritages.Its ancestors,under the combined action of unique regional natural,social,economic and cultural factors,built traditional villages with regional characteristics.These traditional villages are not only of great value to local cultural heritage and economic and social development,but also are gradually incorporated into the legal protection system.However,under the atomic protection and market-oriented homogeneous utilization of villages,the regionalization and local characteristics of traditional villages are facing many challenges,and relevant research and practical experience do not seem to provide a good solution.In view of this,in this paper,taking the spatial form that can best reflect the regional and local characteristics of traditional villages as the starting point,44 existing traditional villages in Yinzhou District of Ningbo City are selected as samples,and the multi-disciplinary qualitative and quantitative analysis method is used to analyze the spatial form of three levels,namely,the regional distribution of villages,the external shape of villages and the internal structural elements of villages is deeply analyzed.In addition,it summarizes the overall spatial pattern and morphological characteristics of traditional villages in Yinzhou District.On this basis,the overall relevance,regional characteristics,classification and refinement of the traditional village space form protection strategy has been put forward,aiming to provide new samples for the study of traditional village regionalization and local space form in China through the analysis of traditional village samples in Yinzhou District,Ningbo City,and explore a reference model for the protection and development of traditional villages.In this paper,the main research content is divided into the following three parts.the basic research part is to construct the spatial form system and analytical framework of traditional villages;the part of sample analysis is to analyze the characteristics of traditional village space;the part of summary and application is to summarize the characteristics of traditional village space form and put forward protection strategies.In the first part,it includes the first and second chapters of this paper.Through combing the existing relevant research and planning practice,the purpose and focus of the research are clarified;by referring to the relevant research basis,the traditional village spatial form system and analytical framework are constructed,and the relevant technical methods of spatial form analysis are clarified.In the second part,it includes the third,fourth and fifth chapters of this paper,and the analysis framework and method constructed in the previous paper have carried on the detailed analysis to the spatial form of 44 traditional village samples in Yinzhou District of Ningbo City.This part mainly selects the three spatial levels of traditional village spatial distribution pattern,external spatial form and internal spatial form as the starting point,and selects seven spatial form elements,namely,spatial agglomeration,spatial equilibrium,boundary shape characteristics,boundary shape index,internal spatial hierarchy,street space and courtyard space,as the analysis indicators.In addition,it uses the interdisciplinary research methods such as quantitative geography,arcgis spatial analysis,morphology,fractal geometry,statistics and typology to analyze the spatial characteristics of traditional villages under the multiple factors of nature,society and economy.In the third part,it includes the sixth and seventh chapters.Combined with the previous analysis,this part summarizes the characteristics of the spatial form of traditional villages in Yinzhou District of Ningbo City.And on the basis of it,it puts forward the traditional village protection strategy of overall relevance,regional characteristics and classification refinement.Finally,the shortcomings and innovations of this paper are summarized,and the prospect of traditional village spatial form research and regional protection development is put forward.
