With the opening of the Beijing-Tianjin intercity high-speed railway in 2008,the construction and operation of our high-speed railway officially opened the curtain of rapid development.By 2019,China’s total high-speed rail mileage will exceed 35 000 kilometers.At the same time,more and more high-speed rail stations are in operation,and the term "high-speed rail economy" has gradually attracted attention from all walks of life.However,while a large number of high-speed railways and high-speed railway stations are being constructed,the land use situation in the surrounding areas of China’s high-speed railway stations is not optimistic.In this context,how to evaluate the land use in the surrounding area of the high-speed railway station and promote the efficient and rational use of limited land in the surrounding area of the high-speed railway station has become the starting point of the research.Based on this,the thesis researches the land use effect around the high-speed railway station under the guidance of the TOD concept with the help of literature research methods,expert interviews and questionnaire surveys,comparative analysis methods,the combination of theory and practice.First,by reviewing and analyzing the background related to the dissertation research and the current status of research at home and abroad,the research direction of the dissertation is determined.At the same time,by combing related concepts and theories,a solid theoretical foundation has been laid for the research of the thesis.Then,based on the basic connotation and planning principles of the TOD theory,literature summary,and the actual situation of the construction of the high-speed rail station,a land-use evaluation index system surrounding the high-speed rail station under the guidance of the TOD concept was established,including 18 evaluation indicators.The meaning of each indicator is explained,and a clear calculation formula is given for the quantitative indicator.Then,by constructing a hierarchical structure model,a judgment matrix is established,and the weight of each index is determined by means of expert scoring and AHP.Finally,with the help of tools and databases such as Arcgis software,Baidu Encyclopedia,Gaode Map,Googleearth,questionnaire,and China Index Academy’s data,through calculation and arrangement,the paper obtain specific data for each indicator of Wuhan Station,Hefei South Station and Nanning East Station,then use the normalized and dimensionless methods to process the data of each indicator,combine with the comprehensive evaluation score,with Wuhan Station as the "reference object",detailed analysis of the land use situation in the surrounding areas of Hefei South Station and Nanning East Station was made,then the deficiencies of land use in the surrounding areas of these two stations are summarized,and corresponding improvement suggestions are provided.
