| With the fierce competition in the automotive industry and the rapid development of personalized customization service.In order to complete the informationization of the manufacturing industry,automobile manufacturing companies use PDM,MES,ERP and other systems to manage enterprise data.However,in order to complete the information integration of decentralized management systems,the role of BOM is indispensable.BOM are knowledgeable and transitive in the integrated process management system.On the one hand,BOM contains a lot of process knowledge and expert experience.How to deal with the hidden process knowledge of automobile BOM structurally and complete the accurate knowledge retrieval is a problem for domain experts.On the other hand,BOM has different structural features and process attributes in different links of process management system.The traditional BOM mapping method in personalized customization service cannot solve the problem of Single BOM mapping.It is easy to cause data expansion and increase the difficulty of maintenance.How to realize the automatic mapping and reuse of BOM under personalized customization service is another problem.In response to these two problems,this paper introduces knowledge management methods in the field of knowledge engineering,and starts from four aspects of BOM knowledge expression,retrieval,reasoning and reusing to study the BOM management mode in the integrated process management system.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Firstly,this paper analyzes the internal knowledge flow of integrated automobile process management system.Then this paper combines the ontology process knowledge expression method and the multicolor graph information modeling theory,and propose a knowledge expression method based on multi-color graph.Through this method,structured storage of process knowledge and rapid semantic analysis are realized.(2)After the diffusion of ontology semantic network,there is a one-to-many correspondence between ontology nodes and knowledge documents.Traditional process knowledge retrieval method does not consider the deviation of the centroid of knowledge documents.It may cause informatization bias in search results.This paper proposes a knowledge retrieval method based on kernel clustering by coding process knowledge documents.Through numerical simulation analysis,the superiority of this method is verified.(3)The mathematical model of BOM structure operation and attribute operation are established by using discrete mathematical method.This paper take the process attribute of BOM node as feature to establish BOM mapping rule and logic.The mapping method of BOM under personalized service is determined by mathematical model.And knowledge-based BOM reasoning is realized.In addition,based on the mathematical model of BOM,the similarity measure method of BOM is analyzed.Finally,the feasibility of BOM knowledge reasoning and reuse method is illustrated by an enterprise application example.By introducing knowledge management methods in the field of knowledge engineering,knowledge-based life cycle management of automotive BOM is realized,which improves the efficiency of process engineer BOM preparation,accelerates the integrated construction of process management system,and improves the level of informationization in the automotive manufacturing industry. |
