Research Of Quality Evaluation And Improvement Path Of Rural Road Project Maintenance

Rural roads directly serve the vast number of farmers and the rural economy.They are an important carrier for communicating with rural people,logistics and information,and are the most basic and important infrastructure for ensuring rural development.However,in order to keep rural roads in good condition and prevent their quality from decreasing,necessary maintenance measures must be taken on rural roads to ensure that their technical indicators and quality functions are maintained and improved.Due to the characteristics of long mileage,wide distribution,and relatively low technical standards of rural roads,it has made the maintenance and management of rural roads more difficult and affected the improvement of the quality of rural roads.In order to further objectively and effectively reflect the quality of rural road maintenance,to provide correct guidance methods for rural road maintenance,and to extend the functional quality of rural roads,scientific and reasonable evaluation methods and improvement strategies for rural road maintenance quality are essential.First,the thesis analyzes the relevant research literature and standard regulations for the evaluation of rural road maintenance quality,sorts out and defines the scope and content of the evaluation of rural road maintenance quality;the evaluation indicators of rural road maintenance quality determined using literature analysis and questionnaire survey methods include rural roads There are 25 specific evaluation indicators for the two dimensions of maintenance work quality and engineering quality: subgrade,pavement,facilities along the line,and bridges and culverts.Secondly,the thesis studies the evaluation model of rural road maintenance quality.Through the data collection,the functional relationship between the various subsystems of rural road maintenance quality evaluation and the corresponding evaluation indicators is used to determine the evaluation model of the subsystem.Fractions are used to quantify the evaluation indicators.The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the dimensions of the evaluation indicators and the weight of the index items.The quality of rural road maintenance is divided into four basic levels: excellent,good,inferior,and poor.Thirdly,the thesis selects engineering examples to test the evaluation model of rural road maintenance quality.The conclusion shows that the evaluation model of rural road maintenance quality has practical applicability.However,when applying the evaluation model,the evaluation index system of rural road maintenance quality should be further optimized to maintain rural roads.Study on the formulation of quality evaluation standards,adjust the evaluation indicators and weights for the quality of rural road maintenance in accordance with the actual situation of rural road maintenance projects in different regions;and strengthen the research on the standardization and procedure of rural road maintenance quality evaluation.Finally,based on literature analysis and case experience,this thesis discusses strategies to improve the quality of rural road maintenance: the introduction of the cultivation and competition mechanism of rural road maintenance market,the quality supervision and management of rural road maintenance,and the quality inspection and evaluation mechanism of rural road maintenance..The significance of this thesis to the research on the evaluation and improvement strategies for the maintenance quality of rural roads is that they are expected to complement the current deficiencies in the evaluation and improvement methods of rural road maintenance quality in theory.The rural road maintenance quality evaluation system can reflect the status of rural road maintenance quality.Through the evaluation and prediction of rural road maintenance quality,it can provide a reference and basis for the maintenance work of rural road projects.
